A delicious new Indian inspired spot in our favorite GVL food court. Highly recommend! From a former NYC foodie. Lots of vegetarian options too. The chicken tikka was delicious and generous for the price we paid. The rice was cooked to perfection and the green curry sauce is as good as my favorite Indian spot in NYC. The sauces were just enough spicy for my taste and even mild enough for my 3 yr old. The sweet potato fries had a delicious tomato/cucumber salad on top. A nice blend of sweet and savory. Some of my favorite flavors came from the pickled items on our food, onions, etc. It adds a whole new level of flavor when mixed in. Well done 👍🏻 I’m excited to go back and try some other menu items that weren’t available yet. They just opened this section of the food court so happy to give a little grace. We will be back!

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and the experience was exceptional. The staff was very kind and attentive throughout the entire meal. The dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with that distinctive blend of spices that makes Indian cuisine so unique. The service was quick, attentive, and very professional. I also loved the restaurant’s decor and how clean everything is. Without a doubt, it’s a place I would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy something new, authentic, and made with quality and freshness in every ingredient. I will definitely be back. A hidden GEM that’s truly worth visiting!

Tried the Masala Steak Bowl – pretty good! I also ordered the fried chicken with Prem Signature sauce, which was nice, though the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. As for the Corn Bhel, I had never had it before, but I looked it up online and it looked amazing – like a corn salad. I was excited because I love corn. But when it arrived, there was no corn at all – just corn flakes! The flavor was actually decent, but again, a bit too sweet. Still, I was disappointed because I was really expecting actual corn. The prices are a bit on the higher side, which makes sense given the location.

First time I went the lady took my order rolled her eyes many times at me- I was rather shocked. There was no reason behind it- the place was empty. I decided to pop in once again waiting for an appointment bc I did enjoy the food- same lady- 12pm. Her and a man refused to look at me, then proceeded to do whatever it was I. The side kitchen w food then kept texting on her phone, waiting about 10 min then looked directly at them are you open??? Man looked at her she said “no” with that same eye roll. I said my phone says you are open. She ignored me. Went to the pizza place- he said they should open. Went back a young white male took my order- asked for the sauce on the side of the nannchos- he said he couldn’t do that unless I was charged more??? I said for sauce in the side??? I said well can you just put the cilantro sauce and the other one? He said sure. Got the order asked for the sauces I asked for on the side he said sorry- I told you there was going to be a up charge for that. I said no, you said you could put the cilantro sauce in the side- he argued a bit that he never said that. At this point I wasted me entire lunch- ridiculous people working for them- I mean the food is good, not that great. That is why they will stay empty unless they fire...

Service was atrocious. Was asked to give phone number and name when ordered but they never texted or bothered to call out my name even though I waited at the pick-up counter. After waiting for 20 minutes, I approached the counter asked if my order was ready only to be told my order had been bumped because they had too many people with the same name. After they located the sandwich sitting on the counter having been man-handled by every employee there, what I assume to be the manager, has the audacity to ask why I didn't get the white sauce even though I clearly told them when I ordered, no white sauce. He then proceeds to try and change my order even though I tell him twice more, no white sauce. I finally have to tell him just put it on the side so he will hand over the food. By the time I actually get my food and sit down, it has been almost 45 minutes. The sandwich is cold and the portion sizes were ridiculous for what they charged. I don't think they understand what customer service means nor do they understand they are glorified fast food. I will not be coming back and will definitely tell people to stay away...
