I had gotten a shot of espresso of the Costa Rican beans. I brought attention to the worker that it tasted extremely sour and spoiled. The employee said it is just the citrus notes and basically told me I was wrong and their coffee just tastes like that. She also said that coffee does not go old nor can be spoiled! I’ve never had a shot of espresso that tasted absolutely rancid and nothing like coffee at all. I highly doubt the “plum and citrus notes” is what is causing such horrid taste. Either way, the Costa Rican blend is extremely disgusting and you should not drink it if that is how it is supposed to taste. I would drink lemon juice and rotten milk if I wanted that. Something has got to be wrong in grinding, roasting, or extraction process or it is old. I personally think you guys should pull a shot and taste it yourself. It is extremely repulsive. My friend didn’t even drink her tres leches latte. She got another vanilla and didn’t drink it either. Love this place and have gotten coffee before that I enjoyed but this time was unpleasant. I mean the employees didn’t even try the espresso to see for themselves. Just skip this place for coffee. Lot of...

I didn't feel as welcomed at the other locations sadly. The staff here are great and the Common is a unique space with the different dinning options.
Very high quality coffee. A few unique baked items as well. Their pancakes are fab. My only complaint, I would love if they served bacon to go with the pancakes! That would be perfection. Their take on avocado toast is also delicious. You do need to like Thai basil though to fully enjoy. One day I would love for them to bring back real plates and real mugs. I am sure it is just a staff/COVID thing. Just elevates the experience.
The outdoor seating situation is very good. Nice selection of indoor seating as well. It can be VERY busy on the weekends. Consider using the mobile order option to help reduce the wait. Parking is okay as well. I don't know if that will change in the future after Unity park...

I ordered their Red Eye sandwich, their seasonal pancakes, and a tres leches iced latte.
The cashier was super kind and rung me up quickly, and gave me a buzzer to wait for my food. The latte was ready in a couple minutes.
I sat down and the food was ready in about 15-20 minutes (they make it all fresh to order).
Let me just say, it was amazing!! The breakfast sandwich had fluffy, housemade brioche, coffee bacon, cheddar, aioli, and perfectly cooked egg. It was flavorful, soft, and delicious.
The pancakes were incredible too! Their current seasonal one featured strawberry hibiscus compote, whipped white chocolate butter, a sprinkle of sea salt, and some maple syrup. It was delicious! Like eating a dream. Perfectly sweet, fluffy, and wonderfully balanced. I cannot recommend enough.
100/10 would grab...
