I would give less stars if possible. They open at 11 am, and don't answer the phone until then, but for some reason they already have enough orders that you have to wait an hour or more for delivery. AND delivery is less than a block away, I can see them out of my window and usually order a salad, nothing that has to be cooked. I am sure one bad review will not mean a thing to them, but I just had to do this. It is not the first time this has happened, in fact lately it is every time. Golden Pizza just across the street delivers very quickly!!! If you glance through the other reviews, they are for people who go there to eat, not delivery. UPDATE 2-20-20: I tried to get a delivery order again. We can see your building from our front door!!! You are less than a block away, yet you would not deliver because I didn't meet your $10 minimum delivery order. PLUS on top of the minimum order amount, you charge each order an additional $1.00 for delivery. You are losing a lot of business from our business! Before you started charging extra for delivery, having a minimum amount and TAKING AN HOUR TO DELIVER LESS THAN A BLOCK AWAY, we would order 1-2 times a week. I was going to get dinner from you today, too, but not now. I called across the street and they delivered in less than 30 minutes with NO MINIMUM AND NO EXTRA CHARGE! Ordered food from here for delivery. They brought the food, and everything was wrong. Literally everything. No big deal. We called them and they said that they would fix it. Okay, cool. No big deal. We were missing 3 items from our order. The delivery driver came back a second time. Still the wrong food. We only received 1 correct item. We called back, told them that it was wrong again and the host claimed that she was going to have her “manager” call and talk to one of us. Never called. My co worker called them 20 minutes later and told her that we wanted a refund because at this point it was ridiculous. She said that she couldn’t give us a refund, only her manager could. She took both of our phone numbers down and said she would be calling. Never received a refund, the items ordered, or a call from the general manager. This place is horrible. We were trying to be understanding because there was 2 “new” people doing everything, but the managers service and professionalism is bizarre. The food isn’t that good to go through...

Absolutely positively horrible! I hate giving 1 star reviews. but the more we go the worse it goes! 15 minutes for a bottled beer, 20 minutes for a long island iced tea ordered at the same time because there was no Disoronna! Over an hour for fries, chicken tenders and corn nuggets that were way over cooked! But the waitress/ bartender and 1 cook had time to stand behind the bar and talk to those customers and not wait tables in the dining room! We literally watched tables order and leave after not even receiving drinks after 45 minutes! I know most waitresses work very hard but this 1 was not she was to concerned with talking about lemon in water and patron to the few people at the bar! Definitely will not be back anytime soon, we've never ever left a 5 cent tip for anyone but did tonight! My racoons and opossums will be eating tonight! That's if they'll even...
