The food all appeared (in my opinion) to be bought premade and shipped frozen. Patties, fries, steak fingers, onion rings, nothing appeared (in my opinion) as though it was made fresh. The food on my visit did not (in my opinion) match the experience of other diner's based on reviews.
There are (in my opinion) much better local burger places. CB's is our go to, but Terry's was recommended. So we tried it. We won't be back.

I call to let them know, so the lady said bring it in with the receipt and they tried to say that it was my hair. Wouldn't give me my money back, so I told everyone that was here there to check there food because I had a hair in mine. Tried to say that it was mine and we had witnesses.
