Absolutely over the moon finding this company. I had a ring that the prong snapped on the diamond. I went to other companies for quotes and many of them send repairs out. The quotes were outrageous considering that I used to work for a jeweler who did on-site repairs and custom designed work as well, so I do know the process and cost. I had kept my ring in a bag for nearly 2 years, hoping to get back to Florida to see my jewelers. I just happened to come across this business in my Google search and can honestly say, it's the best thing that happened. Eli was an absolutely pleasure to work with. He was so kind, polite and very professional. I was thrilled to see that he does the repairs out on the floor, not hidden away. Not only that, the turn around time was phenomenal. I not only had him repair the ring that I haven't worn for 2 years, but had him repair another ring as well. When I picked up my repairs, I was beyond thrilled! They took my breath away! I can't stop looking at my rings! I decided to leave my bangle with him to repair as well. They have definitely gained another customer and I truly hope that others will support this local, small business! A well deserving company who was earned my loyalty....

First of all, I don't write reviews. This is actually my first. After 11 years of marriage, my wedding ring had gotten so tight that it was cutting off circulation to my finger and making it go numb. I always thought it was white gold since that's what kay jewellers told me when we first got married. But the Diamond Gallery specializes in vintage jewelry and found out my ring is in fact made of platinum. Kay jewellers had patched the band years ago with white gold, which made it weaker and bumpy. The Diamond Gallery carefully replaced the entire band with a new platinum one and seamlessly connected it to the rest of the vintage ring. It looks gorgeous and fits perfectly. I used to think that custom rings equated to very expensive and likely a complicated/time-consuming process, but that is not the case at Greenville Diamond Gallery. Eli understood our budget perfectly and crafted a custom engagement ring that not only fit our budget, but is also stunningly beautiful! After showing him pictures, he produced 3-D designs and even printed a prototype using a 3-D printer so I could try it on before finalizing it. He also suggested wedding ring ideas for my partner, and the finished product is exactly what my partner wanted. Eli was very easy to collaborate with and always responsive. We mostly communicated over text, which worked best for me. Despite our tight timeline, he managed to design and create an engagement ring along with two wedding rings that were ready in time.
