Hereās con: Life happens but customer service matters and loyalty! So there was a four cars in line and were one of them and already placed order. Then some cars showed up the next lane. So no car got broken down in the left lane yet. Then it happens. Ok we were in the right lane. Here is where orders were not properly handled in order. The car in front of us also didnāt get there order too after so many minutes. The car that got broken down had at least four cars behind them they got theirs. Ok then the car in-front of us still didnāt get there order because the car in front of them didnāt theirs get but then they did. So then some of the workers were trying to figure out the stalled car got it jumped and pushed out the way. That was nice of them! On top of that the customer got their drink! The workers from the inside making coffee brought the cars orders behind us and other lane to still skipped us! This is still 10 mins and ignored us. The car in-front of us got their order eventually. After that I had to mention whereās our order! FYI owner please teach your staff how to make orders by time/ not being selective! Also, update customers waiting on drinks! Selective service was that! Order was not even complicated. I will not recommend coming to this one! I have been to other 7 brews and they were organized and the service time! The quality of caring and time from the other places are much better...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIncredibly rude staff. I ordered 2 Rocky Road Mochas at the 7Brew in Greenwood IN (the 135 location) at 12:19 pm on Tuesday Sept 9. One mocha was a triple 7. When I recieved the mochas, l drove off before I tried them. I had already left the stand when I noticed that neither mocha had ANY flavoring. It was espresso and milk. When I returned to the stand at 12:40, the employees were unbelievably rude when I pointed it out their mistake. They also refused to remake my drinks unless I gave them the incorrect drinks back. The incorrect drinks were completely full. The employees were glaring at me from inside and I could hear the one employee saying "they were breves and they're not getting them for free". The customer portal online literally shows that I ordered the drinks as mochas. They took the incorrect drinks back inside the stand and gave me my corrected drinks, but I will never return to this 7Brew. 7Brew customer service refunded me another drink for the trouble. I don't appreciate being called a liar. I will NEVER return to this 7Brew location. It's worth the drive up County Line Road for the location in front of Cosco where employees are respectful...

Donāt expect someone whoās not a coffee snob to be able to describe what they want in some extravagant way so that you can make a drink recommendation. If a customer asks for some space while they review the menu online, give them space. Yes, youāre doing your job but if the customer doesnāt want you awkwardly standing right next to them while they look at a menu and make a decision, then donāt. If the customer reiterates to you that itās awkward and uncomfortable, donāt spout off with something stupid like, āwell, if you have questions I canāt help you then.ā 1.
