I solely am upset with the customer service I received on my visit . We were told were the restrooms were; not shown .

Then we waited up front for about 10 mins for the same girls to come back up & guide us to our room .

We almost finished the room however due to some technical issues with their devices & locks we were unable to escape completely .

Then when offered to take photos , the girl took our photos with her phone even though we had asked her to take our photos with our phones so we could have them .

There was no apology, we simply switched phones . We said our goodbyes & left to be greeted by another employee , who asked us how our experience was .

I explained my concerns & she simply said to go online & get a coupon from Facebook.

No extended courtesy , no discount or reimbursement . Just a simple suggestions .. . . . .

What’s even saddening is that they have a placard claiming that they are a 5 star establishment right at the welcome desk , I certainly do believe that they DESERVE 1 MAYBE 2 stars .

Needless to say I won’t be back to THIS location , I have been to others & they are most certainly a lot...

I have played all the games at this Escapology and had the BEST experiences ! The lobby is the coolest Escape Room lobby I have ever seen- so much fun - both in the coffee table activities and the decor on the walls. Truly unique !!! I have played at least 15 Escape Rooms around the city (and while on vacation outside the city) and this experience offers THE BEST GAME MASTERS that know the game so well and offer the BEST clues! Ellie and Charity were SO fun and really made our experience 5 star. Scooby Doo and the Spooky Castle Adventure is definitely the most unique room with really fun puzzles to solve. Bringing a good team definitely makes this one my all time favorite for FUN! The Code has some really cool twists and turns and the room itself is spectacular! We also loved the unexpected discoveries in Antidote-some things we have never seen before in Escape Rooms. I cannot wait for the new room to be opened at this location ! The waiting is SO HARD ! Looking forward to seeing you all again SOON !...

The vibe of the place was really cool. The production value and back story of the room we did was great. Would have been the best escape room we had ever done but the whole experience was ruined. About 20 minutes in we got stuck and couldn’t figure out the next step for about 10 minutes. Turns out a key clue wasn’t in the room. Once we realized it they had to give us a bunch of clues and walk us through a bunch of steps. Completely took us out of the experience and ruined the whole game. Was offered an apology and nothing else. Me and my family will not return to this place and with so many other escape rooms out there I would recommend...
