Four Seasons Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Greenwood

I am a first time visitor and let me say that I have been blown away!!!! Today is October 25th 2019 Seated by Jessica. She was very pleasant and patient with me being a first time visitor and being indecisive. Our food was served hot and well made. Jesica checked on us and didn’t hover like most waitresses do! She was clean and well kept. She smelled good but not over powering!! The manager was always close by observing the floor and everything going on.

An older gentleman walked in the front door tripped and almost fell. The manager and waitress Jessica were quick to respond to his aid! That to me says so much about this place. They really care about their customers. They helped him all the way to his table and checked on him frequently.

I always judge a restaurant by their BLT’s and soup. It is the two easiest things to serve. The BLT Was fantastic!!!! It was even served on a cold plate (that never happens anywhere) I rate this restaurant 4.5

The only negative comments I have is:: for the next customer make sure the soup is a little hotter. My soup was great in taste but was warm like it was only heated in a microwave!!!

Excellent Food, excellent value and beyond exceptional staff and management! Highly recommended! I'm not from Greenwood, but I visit the area frequently and have passed this diner without thought many times. It's a small family operated diner offering a large menu with tons of breakfast, lunch, dinner AND dessert options. If you have a sweet tooth, you must check out their cake display at the front counter. The cuisine is American with a Greek specialty. We had 5 people order the following (House Breakfast Hash, Spinach Pie, Patty Melt, Gyro Dinner, and Dry Rub Ribs). I sampled all food and it would be a struggle to determine what the best was! The prices are unbelievably reasonable, especially considering the freshness and portion size. Best of all, what appeared to be the co-manager or owner of the restaurant waited on us. He was incredibly helpful with selections, very pleasant and even offered my sister a free slice of cake as it was her birthday. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was, so I knew I must post and spread the good word. We will absolutely be back and continue referring to our friends...

I would have given in a four of it wasn't for the service. The food was good and first place felt that the eggs were real and not fake. The reason why I say 2 is because it took 7 minutes for our waitress to come.say hello, she assisted those who were seated before us, when she did come she didn't state her name or say hello, all that she said was I'll start with taking your drink order, when I said we are also ready to order felt we got attitude for being an inconvenience of us staring that, never asked if I needed more water or coffee, our food came out and after that never got stopped by asking if we need anything or how our food was and the only time we got asked that was when the food was all gone and we were ready for our checks. Yes it was busy but she interacted and had conversation with all her tables but us and not sure why. We are very friendly people and generally strike up conversation everywhere we go but today was...
