So we went to the new location in Greenwood for the first time on Tuesday and had a wonderful time. The hostess and the bartender were both professional and fun. We ordered nachos and wings for the whole family except for my son who had made other plans. Since it's one of his favs, we told him we'd come back so he could have some wings too. That was today after school, we ordered takeout. Walked in and told the host the story that my son was ordering some wings since he missed out the other day. He ordered 10 wings and asked for some fries. The host takes my credit card and runs it. A few minutes later he comes over to us and says. "I have to ring up the fries separate." I didn't realize we hadn't paid for them as the order was $15.78, but okay, here's my card again. He brings thw receipt back to me and it read $7.85. I immediately questioned, "For a personal order of fries?" He said, "I rang you up for a full order." He then brings over the bag and it's a huge order of fries in a container. I said. he'll never eat that. he just wants an order for himself. It's just him. After a while looking confused not sure what to do, he asked if I'd like a manager, which I replied "yes please". After explaining it all again to the manager, he asked if I'd like a refund and a smaller order. "Yes please, that would be great." He hands me my refunded receipt and says, "that will be $4.50". Apparently, this is the cost of a half-order of fries. Fine, whatever. Here's the card for the third time. During this time, the host grabs the big order from the bag and returns with a container 1/4th the size (not half) of the previous container. See the photos below. That's not a half order. That's not worth $4.50. The wings, as always, were delicious,...
Read morePretty good wing place. We had a group get-together there. A mini reunion. I ordered the fried pickles and TNT bone in wings. The fried pickles were great. The best thing I had honestly. One side of blue cheese and celery is not enough for 12 wings. These are pretty inexpensive items on a menu with low overhead. Don't be stingy with the blue cheese, ranch, or celery! I was only given 4 pieces of celery. Comparing other wing restaurants, they give twice that for 12 wings. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of wing sauce that came on the wings. Typically, the sauce is very light at most wing restaurants. The waitress's section was filled almost immediately upon her arrival to her shift (her words, not mine). This kept her very busy. She was unable to keep up with the orders and demands from patrons asking for drink refills and so on. She would have been great had it not been for poorly planned seating by the person in charge of seating. Waitresses have a hard job. I have been one in the past. Everything was all in all good. It's not great, but good. I would eat there again. It wouldn't be my first choice. The price was pretty high for what I ordered. The wings had no "specials." Even though it was...
