Arby's — Restaurant in Greenwood

Literally the most rude and unprofessional staff. Just left there and was missing a 5pc chicken tender from my order after leaving the drive thru. Upon walking in, the restaurant was so dirty, no one had on gloves, and I almost just wanted to return all of the food because had I saw the inside prior to going through the drive thru, I would have kept driving. To make matters worse, Rita at the front counter proceeded to argue with me and said that I had two bags when I only had one. She then asked the drive thru guy, Bobby?, if he gave me two bags or one and he stated he couldnt remember. They got my order right, that's about the best they have going for them! First off, the chic in drive thru didn't greet or thank me for my order My crispy chicken sandwich was less than edible. The meat was dried up and burnt, and significantly smaller than the bun. Not suitable for consumption! No ice in the iced tea! The curly fries were cold! I refused to go back, took my order to another Arby's location (county line rd, greenwood) . The manager on duty was very apologetic, and replaced my order. He took a photo of the sandwich and receipt, I hope someone recognizes his great customer service and rewards his efforts.

Also, isn't it customary to give napkins with a meal? I'll never go back, and I'll tell everyone to stay away...

We went in on a Friday evening. There was nobody else in the store. We ordered for 4 people. It took about 20 minutes to get our food. This was a little disappointing. We had a 4-year-old with us, and either way 20 minutes is a LONG time to wait for what is supposed to be "fast food". There were a few cars in the drive thru, but it was not wrapped around the building. There was also no apologies made for us waiting this long. Plus, it was clear they had to make our fries and our jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks fresh, but the sandwhiches were bagged first so they were cold by the time we got them.
