Subway — Restaurant in Greenwood

went in with a coworker on our lunch break and never got greeted. when we did start ordering, they were snippy as if we were disrupting the empty store. as we went to pay, my coworker went first and the machine said her Huntington debit card was expired (which it doesn’t until next year) - another 3 attempts were taken and they all kept saying expired so i went to pay for ours together. my Discover credit card was saying expired as well (doesn’t expire until 2024), so i made a few other attempts. the workers kept laughingly saying it was our faults and there was nothing for them to do. they finally restarted the computer but it kept saying the same thing, again it only being our fault. the 3rd card we tried ended up working and they continued to say it wasn’t their system but our cards. the way it was carried out was unprofessional and super rude. they didn’t offer any help or other options (ie. through gift cards, payment methods, discounts, etc) , but just laughed and blamed us for something that was OBVIOUSLY a systematic issue. this isn’t the first time they’ve been rude and unprofessional, but it’s never been to...

Very Dissapointing. I came with two $15 gift cards for me and my sister to get lunch, after ordering two sandwiches, bags of chips, and drinks (that totaled to $30.04 by the way) I was alerted by the lady who was sitting down on her phone that had stumbled up to the register that their computer did not accept gift cards, she said the gift cards were valid and ready for use but their computer couldn't use them. I have never been fenied use of gift cards, and was not happy i had to spend money from my debit card. Food already made, I decided to just fork over the money hoping I'd feel better after eating. But the sandwiches were not good enough for that amount of money and hassle. The spinach on my sister's sandwich was old and I think charging $9.99 for a 6-inch wrap is ridiculous. Both of the staff there seemed highly disinterested in providing good customer service and the resturant itself looked dingy and was very hot- no AC and the door was held open by a chair so who knows what kind of bugs...

Hey guys, are you here to read the reviews about this subway then pause here for a while. This is one of the finest subway I have ever visited. Let me tell you why, 1). When I entered into the subway it is the cleanest, well maintained and organised location. 2). As soon as I entered the place, both employees were there to greet me and having beautiful smile on their faces. 3). Then I ordered my all time favourite footlong chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was like a flash, they were so quick between the meat and veggie that they got it done within one and half minute I guess. The sandwich was so delicious and the quality of food was up to the mark (It was value for money sandwich.) 5). Last but not the least, they treated me as their subway family member, so, I would like to visit this subway again and again. And recommend to all of you guys to visit this subway.
