Taco Bell — Restaurant in Greenwood

Haven't been to this location in about a year as it had gone downhill. 5/25/21 decided to stop and check it out. Amazing! Best tacobell I have had in years! So fresh & when I ordered extra beef & sauce it was actually loaded which I'm glad since I paid a couple bucks extra for the extra stuff! Came again just now & Both times a lady was at the drive thru. She had amazing customer service skills. Was very kind and actually asked if there was anything else she could get me! (Seems at other locations they are always in a bad mood/hate Job so they take it out on customers by being rude & trying to rush you as well as saying "are you done? Or im cut off and given total before I've finished ordering. Not here which is refreshing!) Seriously though just came through at about 9:58 PM on 5/27/21 & my food was fresh, hot and definitely the best taco bell I have ever had! Thank you to all that work here you all deserve raises you're keeping this place open! If you're sick of taking chances at other tacobells because the food/customer service is a hit or miss then look no further. This is the place & it's worth a drive even if you live further away. This is my new favorite & now only taco bell I will go too from now on. If you're a manager or higher here and you see this please seriously consider giving the employees that worked these 2 shifts 5/25/21 @ around 11pm & 5/27/21 @ about 9:58 a raise(s) they seriously deserve it and will keep bringing in new customers as well as old customers that stopped coming. I can't speak for other time frames but the ones listed they rocked it & made amazing food!...

I came through drive-thru and placed my order that totaled out being $31 I waited for my turn to pay the drive thru guy took my payment gave me my food I carried on then I go through the bag passed every one their food and realized they forgot to put my steak nacho fries in no biggie I go back to the Taco Bell location in Greenwood pulled around to explain to them I was just here placing a $31 order and they got my nacho steak fries shouldn't of been a big deal right but the manager working apparently thought it was a big hassle to when she came to the window at the drive-thru she slams it shut and then proceeds to argue with me about the size of the product When all of this could have been avoided if her employees and herself were paying attention to detail of me the customers order Otherwise you wouldn't have a repeat customer calling them out on their mistake when somebody pays $31 worth of food for your family and then you get subpar results It's very disappointing and by the attitude of the manager and the employee that acted he was high somebody needs to be retrained this is ridiculous You guys need to do better. I will not be returning with my family ever again not with blatant disrespect coming from the manager whomever she was and I will be contacting corporate to inform them...

Lol so basically I guess after 11pm they don't make cantina bowls I promptly asked why because I had never been told that as this is almost a daily meal for me

..i was told because the lettuce and black beans go bad I was like ok well can't you sub it either the lettuce and other beans you use for other things ..he was like yes..i was like ok I said if we put our heads together we can figure this out.

.not being condescending rude bitchy cussing yelling or even getting up set ..none of that I was then promptly told by the manager she did not like how I was treating her employee and was refusing to serve me ..

.I was like well I apologize if that's how you or him took it but I was just trying to find alternatives to a make a meal that you guys don't serve because of 2 ingredients..?

This taco bell has been fine and during the day never had any trouble or problems just mainly nice people who are always willing to help but this is the first time I've ever been refused service for simply trying to use alternatives in which the cantina bowl you can do anyways lol

their just lazy after 11pm apparently ...lol just an fyi for everyone who expierences...
