Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

Ordered at 6:20 and as of 10pm did not arrive. Called the store at 9pm to ask for an update and a very unapologetic woman said it was because we were out of their service area. Thanks for letting us know after the fact but still doesn't excuse the wait and not refunding us. They could have called and let me know that they don't deliver to our area so I could at least order from someplace else. I finally called and cancelled the order at 9:55pm right before they closed and requested a refund. She said I'd have to wait until Tuesday for a manager to even be available to do the refund. So we waited 3.5 hours for no food and have to wait days to even get my money back. First time and last time ordering from any Jet's.

UPDATED 12/18/18 Had to wait until today for a manager to do the refund. The woman employee I spoke with Sunday lied when she said she had left a note about my refund and why it was being issued. First time manager was hearing of it. He tried to locate my info. Couldn't so he said he'd call me back. 35 minutes later nothing so I called him. Before I could speak he said "I told you I was working on it and I'd call you back" then laughed at me. I asked if I gave a receipt number if it would help. He continually interrupted me and chastised me for my impatience. I complained about my experience and tried to explain what had happened with our order. He repeatedly cut me off would not let me speak. I told him I expected the refund (which I confirmed is on my bank statement) to be done by Friday or I would contact the corporate office. He told me he didn't respond to threats and hung up on me. I have spoken with cable, phone, internet and insurance companies and the customer service with those companies has been a joy and pleasure compared to that of this Jet's Pizza...

We first tried Jets three years ago when we first moved here. The pizza was fantastic as was the salad. Jets became our go to. And then about a year ago, we had an order that took an hour and a half to arrive. We got profuse apologies. Then an order that didn’t come at all. Four calls and four different excuses and promises. We were finally told it was because we ordered on line and they don’t always “look” at those orders. No apologies. No compensation and no pizza.

We gave up on them. Finally a friend convinced us to try again. We called for takeout, thinking we’d have some control of the time. WRONG! We arrived in the 30 minutes we were told and then waited 40 more minutes for our one large pizza. Again, no apology or compensation.

Tonight I called in an order for two large pizzas, a JETS 10 and a veggie., as well as two orders of boneless honey bbq chicken. My son picked the order up and said there was total chaos. People were walking out. The order he brought home was a Jets 10, another pizza that was supposed to be a veggie that had green peppers and olives, and no other veggies, and one order of bone in wings that may be was teriyaki. Disappointing Mother’s Day dinner for me.

Sorry, Jets. We cry “uncle”. You lost this family...

Sad that we ordered our last pizza from there last week. Spent $31 on a pizza, salad & ranch. The pizza was cold (not like warm, not room temp) but refrigerator cold. There were several people in there complaining about cold pizzas. We should have walked out then but stayed despite our better judgement. The salad wasnt ready so workers were running around looking for one that was & overall we waited in the store an additional 20 minutes while they made a salad & bottle of ranch. Frustration behind the counter was high as employees voiced their opinion about each others job performance. The previous staff was good, pizza was hot & food was good but not with my last 2 orders. I wont take the risk of mediocre, cold food for prices I can pay for a nice dinner elsewhere. I know it's a tough market to find good employees right now but sadly my family wont be visiting again with the current quality & service. The previous order I placed online I got a call 20 min after placing the order (5 min before pickup) that they were out of thin crusts. I thought everything was made fresh but I'm guessing if they were out of crusts,...
