McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenwood

This McDonald’s is the worst one and it’s all based on who owns the McDonald’s. Let’s start with if you order anything besides a fry and a drink then they are definitely going to pull you around every time and park you to wait for someone to bring your food out so make sure you ask for your sauces. This is so they can clear the order off the screen to get the drive thru times down. I know this because I use to work at McDonald’s when I was a teenager. But we did it with fast accurate service. Not to mention the snobby attitude the kids have that work there. What else, literally 9 out of ten of my orders are messed up and the sad thing is that I just don’t feel like driving all the way down to the McDonald’s near Fairview rd so I just deal with it. And trust me if you took a survey with all the locals they would have the same complaints. I don’t know how many times I have stood there and listened to person after person complaining when I think I better go in because I’m ordering more than three items. All in all terrible service, dry food, horrible nuggets, and someone is obviously cutting costs and trying the wrong way to put on a show so maybe it’s not the owner. Maybe it’s the store manager that was hired by the owner or district manager that is the problem. If you can go down to the Fairview store they are 10 times better. One star is just too much but...

Okay first the lady taking our order stopped at the first item and then told us to pull up then proceeded to take the person behind me order... then we asked for the manager and he was respectful but no apology for his employee disrespecting us like that. And when we were waiting for our order we seen a cashier scratch her head with a cup and proceeded to poor coffee and take it to the customer... yes we told the manager. He just told us he would talk to her. Nothing else. And once we got our order we had missing items and cold dry food.... I know some places make mistakes but this is multiple with one customers order. So whoever got the coffee Tuesday October 4th between 8-830pm someone scratched your cup on their head and face. If someone from health department were to have been there for an order that place would have been...

McDonald’s really needs to devote some time to enhancing their customer service and possible discipline of employees. This is my third negative review on a different McDonald’s. I am not sure how it is ok for the individual at the first window after not saying hello when I said hello first to grab my card and then after swiping basically shove it out the window and when I say thank you have a good day for her to turn away and basically wave over her shoulder as if she was saying “cool got it, you paid, get out of here”. I understand it’s entry level positions but when you are an adult at the window and rude when I’ve been polite I would expect decent common courtesy. If McDonald’s fries weren’t so dang tasty I’d consider not going ever again. Hoping for a better experience soon or it’s over for the Golden...
