I drove miles out of my way to go to this McDonald's because the one next door to me is horrible. I ordered 2 steak and eggs bagels combos with 1 large orange juice and 1small orange juice and one saug egg cheese biscuit combo with large black coffee and an extra large black coffee.i paid and proceed to get food and shes putting three large coffees in holder when I told her it was two with large and small orange juice. She said well orange juice is more then coffee and didn't I read the screen to make sure he put my order in correctly because I said that's not what I ordered and no I didn't read the screen I shouldn't have to make sure he does it right honestly anyone could make a mistake well she's hell bent on charging me 76 cents more she refunded 150 she said to me but actually to herself and then charged my card 76 cents more and the 1.50 that I didn't get back I'm sure there would be an up charge on the combo for the large oj but I dont think it would have been two dollars and something the thing is customer service wouldn't it had been easier to say sorry for the mistake and just given me the orange juice instead of acting like as the customer who actually just that moment found out her brother just had a heart attack and was on the way to a hospital!! Should have read the screen!!! I'm really frustrated with McDonald's and the service industry lately. I went to the McDonald's on declaration drive two days ago and ordered 3 saug egg McMuffin combos with three large coffees got home and had 3 Canadian bacon McMuffin which I dislike then that evening I went back and ordered two fish sandwich with mustard onion pickle only I stressed no cheese no tarter sauce I got all of it I forgave she was new, I reordered it m,onion, pickle only a few minutes later I received my sandwichs and still had cheese I just took them realizing the girl that helped her didn't listen the new girl listened but she put add instead of only there's no reason to be rude and I think the one on declaration drive is slow because they are more times then not messing up orders and giving you yesterday's coffee yuk I don't know anymore we use to go out of our way to take care of our...
Read moreI usually receive great service at this location. However on my visit 5/14/19 was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at McDonald's. I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers without cheese, 2 medium fries, and a large drink. I asked at the pay window to please make sure that the sandwiches were without cheese. She assured me they were. When I got to the pickup window once again I asked please make sure they are without cheese. I am allergic to cheese. She looked at the sandwiches which were clearly labeled no American Cheese. I get home after working all day sit down to eat and both sandwiches had cheese. I drove back to the restaurant waited in line to have a manger talk over the other person saying do you have a receipt! I replied absolutely! He then proceeded to loudly tell me well we are not replacing your entire order! I asked him so you expected that we should eat cold fries after a McDonald's mistake? He said yes that's our policy. When I got to the window this manger met me there and never once said sorry about our mistake. I explained that I was allergic to cheese. Instead he said I should of eaten the sandwiches the way they were. I tried to show him the receipt and the whole order I had brought back with me showing no cheese. He stated I promo'd the sandwiches that's all I am going to do! I asked for his name which he refused to give me as he walked away. The whole order was under 9.00. But what makes this review a one star is that the service is absolutely down right terrible! One time I went in to get my normal 10 piece nugget and drink. I waited and waited at the register with little to no people in the restaurant and maybe one or two cars in the drive through. Finally when someone took my order. It was $1.50ish. I gave them some change and a half dollar coin. Apparently the person thought the half dollar was a dollar coin so they gave me change back and then processed it. So I didn’t fully pay my order off. They said it’s fine and I paid .86 cents for meal.
Another time I went in, there was one car in the drive through, two people groups already sat down with their food, and one mobile order waiting in the lobby. I waited at the register for 5+ minutes for someone to get there. When someone took my order, I couldn’t understand anything they were saying. I gave them $1.50 for my meal and the total was $1.20 so I expected .30 cents back. He didn’t give me any change back. So I told him and he gave me .50 cents back instead. I didn’t bother after that because he clearly couldn’t speak english.
If you go here, expect waiting a long time for your order to be taken, non english speakers, and incorrect change. I think I could get better service over the phone with an insurance company💀 I thought this was a “fast food” restaurant. This establishment is terrible and needs to hire better people.
