October 4th at 645pm, We had the worse experience ever, with this locations manager. When the crew care more about customer service, theres definitely a problem. Where should I begin? Let's start a list: 1 lane open, 6 cars in drive thru, 2 cars pulled off from the long wait The gray shirt wearing "manager/team leader was handling the order taking/cashier with as much personalty as a funeral director. He was rude, condescending and a great candidate for a person needing to switch careers. There was nothing but attitude coming from his voice, and all the eye rolls like a teenage girl. Asked about new menu items to get his opinion, he said, "I don't know cause I havent tried anything" Thats surprising cause as he was taking orders he was eating french fries and a milkshake. (Inappropriate to do in front of customers by the way) After getting our order we pulled forward to check quality of food, and ofc cold fries, big buford and chicken tenders cooked last month. We drove back around to get fresh food, and it was TOSSED BACK AT ME. I requested a refund since he felt we were making it up about the quality. He refused to give us our money back. He yelled he was not allowed to do refunds. He slammed the drive thru window several times in my face, cause he didn't want to deal with me. I then called corporate while waiting in line for my fresh food. Who handled getting my food? The 2 young crew members, 1 wore blue sunglasses, the other wearing a red Santa Claus hat continued to apologize for the managers behavior. Did not get a receipt. I'm sure thats to make sure there was no way our order can be tracked. Also im sure he didn't want us to have the info to file a complaint. (Sorry not needed, I have google and know how to find things) In closing, the therapy sessions I have had these last 13 months definitely has paid off. The old me, would have jumped through the drive thru window to get what I wanted. The new me rather warn others not to patronize a restaurant who dont value their customers worth. Yes, I have worked for $3.85 and hour as a youth so I get the frustrated, overworked, short staffed restaurant business. That being said, I knew that line of business wasnt where I would retire from. Read moreWe ordered 2 of their chicken boxes, I think they were called. Basically it was some chicken bites and fries with choice of dipping sauce. The chicken could have had a little more flavor but overall they were fine for what it was and the fries were fresh and hot with a decent taste. This was nothing special but what do you expect for drive thru fast food right? We ate it and were satisfied and this was the goal. Will I go back? Sure if I'm driving, hungry and Rallys is right there I'll stop by again. This is the first time I'd stopped at any Rallys in close to 20 years since the last time had been in Terre Haute at the Rallys on 3rd and Wabash where I had a car load of children and needed to feed them quickly and inexpensively. The food for the children was as ordered BUT my burger left a lot to be desired, namely the burger patty...there was none. YES believe it or not my burger had the condiments I had requested BUT no burger patty. Unfortunately this wasn't noticed until we were way down the road, far enough that it wasn't worth the gas to turn around and go back, wait in line and then HOPE they believed me coz frankly I almost didn't believe me and it was MY dinner. Read moreThe worst restaurant experience of my life. I left a comment earlier about my bad experience, and I'll leave an update on the issues I had with this restaurant. I placed an order online Saturday night and was kept waiting over 30 minutes for my cold food. When I got home, I saw they delivered the wrong order. The burgers were small, and what I ordered was a combo of two large burgers. I went back to the store to request that they give me the correct order and they tell me that they will not do it because it was closed it was 11:50 when the closing time is 1:00 am, they tell me that they will deposit a refund, they never made the refund, today Wednesday I go to the restaurant and they tell me that they will give me the correct order, I really did not want to do it but it was the only option, I accept the order, they made me wait in the parking lot for more than half an hour again and I ask them why they were taking so long and they had not yet started to prepare my food, when I get home I did not eat, but my wife did eat, she only ate a little because the hamburger was in bad condition, at this moment my wife is vomiting, I had to throw away the food and she asked me if they used spoiled...
