Edit* they have since lowered prices and allow for punch cards which give free entries with a purchase of multiple visits at once. Prices have lowered and the experience itself is still as great as it was the first time. We've been back twice and will be back again!
I took my daughter here for the first time this morning, and I have to say—she absolutely loved it. It’s such a fun, engaging space for little ones, and I could easily see this being a great way to spend our mornings while my boys are at school. The staff was very kind and welcoming, and the entire place looked clean and well-maintained.
That said, the cost is the main reason we won’t be able to come regularly. If I brought all 3 of my kids it would be $45 just to walk in the door with them. I was surprised by how expensive everything was—more than I expected for a kid-friendly spot. My iced latte was still warm when it arrived and cost about $8, and a basic grocery store-style bagel with packaged cream cheese was $9. I was especially surprised to learn that outside snacks aren’t allowed, which means if your child wants something to eat or drink while you’re there, you’re looking at $4 for a pouch of applesauce or a bag of goldfish.
Overall, I do recommend this place for the experience—it’s clean, the staff is great, and most importantly, my daughter had a wonderful time. I just wish it were more affordable so we could enjoy...
Read moreThis is a cute little play place and I have been there a couple of times.
I was going to take my kids there the other day but it was nearly $23 for a 1 hour afternoon slot, which is insane. I thought $15 per kid was high, but $23 is just crazy. That’s about the same price as it is to go to the children’s museum! I have also tried calling multiple times before and it’s hit or miss to get them to answer the phone when you call with questions. I decided to go in person and then overheard the employees laughing about how they rarely answer the phone and it just rings and rings… which is pretty unprofessional, especially when you just opened and people have questions. I also find it strange that they don’t offer any kind of membership or punch card price.
Overall I think it’s a fun little place for kids. However, the value for money is what gets this place 2* and has resulted in us probably not returning. We ended up going over to a play place by the old party city, which was less $ and about...
Read moreToday was my first visit with my two girls and it was a really good experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will say that the website isn’t the greatest when you make a reservation. I was under the impression it was $15 for the visit and not $15 PER child. I do think it would be better to have either a flat rate or an option for a half day visit or just a 1 hr visit. It just seemed really high per person IMO especially when you tack on $3 for grippy socks the kids need. Everything just adds up quickly when there are multiple children involved. Definitely some kinks to work out but my girls really loved it.
I will say the drinks were phenomenal and the staff gave my friend and I our drinks for free due to the misunderstanding of pricing. So that was a...
