The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Greenwood

I was so disappointed with this honey baked ham. I literally go to honey baked ham all the time and happened to be in Greenwood for an event. My “the honey baked” sandwich wasn’t made how it’s made at every single other restaurant I’ve been to (it was cold) also the drink fountain was out so we had to get canned drinks and they were warm. (Cold sandwich warm drinks smh) I couldn’t even finish my sandwich it was so nasty. And for $30 I highly discourage getting your lunch here. Instead go to Chick-fil-A across the parking lot and spend the same amount for better quality...

Recently I was walking by the store and a gentleman was trying to sell me hams. I told him "no", and he got very pushy and aggressive with me when I tried walk away to finish my shopping at the mall. While walking away I heard a very rude, harsh comment from him. I did not appreciate the way that this gentleman was towards me or the way he talked to me. That is no way to run a store, and I have no intentions on going back or being near this location...

If you need to order for Holidays you should do it 3 months ahead of time, although they won’t allow that. When 2 years I have tried to order Holiday Hams and was told orders would start at a later date, I asked the specific date and called on that date only to find they are sold out. This happened to me 4 times to me at the Greenwood...
