Here's what you need to know.
Most of all; The drive through is awful. Always check your food become you go even if someone bros behind you, but overall. I would never go through the drive through unless it was my only option. Late at night the drive-thru is extremely slow they can even take over half an hour to give you a simple order with even three or four things. Whoever even runs it at night sometimes it takes them even over 10 minutes just to answer you while you say hello to the speaker. Even though they've had different employees over the years it's been going on like this for a long time. I don't know why but it's always very fast for me when I order it from the inside of the restaurant. Employees aren't very happy here. This is a place to come to not expecting to see a smiling face or someone excited or putting on a fake Act to make you feel good. I'm perfectly fine with that but a lot of people aren't. Some people always expect someone to be all cheerful and greet them happily and ask them how their day is going and stuff like that this isn't one of those places that will be happy to serve you they're just doing their job and will just take your order. I can't guarantee this happens to everyone, but I've seen and heard a few people when they went there and ate food that it made them bleed when they use the restroom although it did not hurt their bodies they just noticed it when they wiped so I'm not sure what's going on with their food now and then or if it just affects certain people this way. Maybe sometimes the meat isn't cooked correctly but I found this happening quite a few times to certain people and we know it wasn't just ourselves having another problem because it only happens the days when would they would go to Taco Bell. Now this restaurant isn't awful. I'd say it's good but not so great. If you're just close by and you're in that kind of mood for this kind of food at a cheap price then I understand why you would want to come here. The food is tasty and it's the only place I see selling the Baja Blast at this time although they used to sell in cans and bottles and in 2016. People if you're going to have a lunch time or something I suggest you become between 2 or 5 in the afternoon for the happy hour for a $1 drink. As I said on another part of this review is that you should always check your food sometimes on the inside of the food and not just see if you have all your items because now and then they do screw it up but not most of the time for me. Let it be known they do have free Wi-Fi and you can sit there for quite a while and use it. If you think it's cool or if you have kids and you did enjoy your meal I would encourage you just to be nice enough to ring that Bell by the door. So far the restrooms have always been clean when I go here. Don't get your hopes up too much more than half the time the Icees are the Frozen things they have usually are broken down and don't work. But usually they at least have one flavor that works.
There's not much more to say overall I like it. There's pros and cons. I hope this...
Read moreIf I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 star review then I would. I've ordered from this location multiple times, and this Taco Bell has NEVER gotten my order correct, and it's a million times worse when you get delivery. With the order I just placed tonight on DoorDash, half of it was missing or was incorrect. Idk about other Taco Bells, but this particular establishment is so slack and it's a HUGE inconvenience, especially when ordering delivery because you have to spend so much time trying to correct the situation, if you're even able to. I was only offered a refund from DoorDash tonight (which I appreciate), but I won't receive that for 5-7 days. I wasn't even refunded the full amount of what I was missing, but that's more of a DoorDash flaw. But what I really wanted was MY FOOD! So I had to reorder it, and it's simply ridiculous that it came to that. I understand mistakes, and I'm a pretty patient person with these kinds of matters, but tonight was the last straw with this particular Taco Bell. I'm done. Taco Bell should worry more about hiring employees that actually care about their customer service. I've worked in customer service for about 12 years, so I am well aware of the trials and tribulations of the industry, but I have made it a point to improve my own skills rather than get so frustrated that I just stop caring all together. I'm not a firm believer in "the customer is always right" because some ppl are just looking for a hand out, but the same goes for employees because if you're not willing to provide substantial customer service, than you are basically getting paid for nothing. And with the inflation effecting all of us this year, consider that your customers are paying a lot of money with standards to, at the very least, receive the items that they pay for. These are just some things to think...
Read moreAlright, team, gather ‘round, because it’s time for a little culinary road trip! And where are we headed, you ask? To the land of crunchy, cheesy, and occasionally messy delights: Taco Bell in Greer, South Carolina! Now, you know me, I’m a man who appreciates a good deal and a good meal, and let me tell you, this Taco Bell really taco-bout a good time! From the moment we pulled into the parking lot – which, by the way, was as clean as my grill after a thorough scrubbing – I knew we were in for a treat. First off, let’s talk about the service. Those folks behind the counter were faster than me trying to sneak a cookie before dinner! We’re talking lightning-fast order taking, food prepped quicker than you can say “Fourth Meal,” and a friendly smile with every wrap of the transaction. Top-notch service, if you ask me. They really shell out the good vibes! Then there’s the food. Oh, the food! My taste buds were doing the cha-cha-cha! I mean, seriously, the Nacho Fries were so good, I almost cried happy salsa tears. And the Crunchwrap Supreme? It was so supremely delicious, it made my ordinary Tuesday feel like a Saturday! Every bite was a fiesta in my mouth. It’s like they truly bean waiting for me to arrive. And finally, the value. This place is so wallet-friendly, it’s practically a steal! You can feed the whole family without having to take out a second mortgage. It’s a burrito-ful thing, truly. They’re really taco-ing care of our budgets here. When you’re in Greer and you’re craving some tasty eats that won’t break the bank, you absolutely must give Taco Bell a try. It’s a place where you can taco-ver your hunger and leave with a smile. I’d give it a solid five out of five stars! This review is sure to make your day, or at least...
