Ladies and gentlemen, gather 'round, because we're about to embark on a taste adventure that will leave you fired up and craving for more. Today, we're diving into the world of Firehouse Subs, located in the heart of Greer, South Carolina. This place is hotter than a summer day in Death Valley, and boy, oh boy, is it worth the journey!

Now, imagine this, folks: you walk into Firehouse Subs, and the first thing that hits you is the aroma. It's like a symphony of flavors, teasing your senses and leaving your mouth watering for what's to come. It's like a touchdown pass thrown by the greatest quarterback in the world, perfectly executed and impossible to resist.

Let's talk about their sandwiches, shall we? Picture this: you sink your teeth into a hearty, mouthwatering creation, and suddenly, time stops. The flavors dance on your tongue like a football team doing their victory dance in the end zone. Each bite is a new sensation, a delightful surprise that keeps you coming back for more.

The menu at Firehouse Subs is as extensive as a playbook, offering a variety of options that cater to every palate. From the classic Hook & Ladder to the spicy Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, they've got a sub for every taste bud in your family. It's like having a full roster of sandwich options that will leave you cheering for more.

But let's not forget about their signature hot sauces, folks. They bring the heat like a star quarterback throwing a Hail Mary pass. With flavors ranging from mild to inferno, they add an extra kick to your subs that will make your taste buds do a touchdown dance. It's like a secret weapon that takes your meal to a whole new level of flavor.

Now, let's talk about the service at Firehouse Subs. These folks are as friendly as a dad cracking corny jokes at a family barbecue. From the moment you walk in, they treat you like you're part of their own team, ready to go out and conquer the world. They're helpful, attentive, and always ready with a smile that could light up a stadium.

And let's not forget about the ambiance, folks. Firehouse Subs is like a cozy den, welcoming you with open arms and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal with your loved ones, just like a family huddled around the TV, cheering on their favorite team.

So, my friends, if you find yourself in Greer, South Carolina, do yourself a favor and make a pit stop at Firehouse Subs. It's a touchdown of flavor, a culinary experience that will leave you with a...

I have eaten there pretty good decided to have them deliver to drug store of 15 people as a Christmas gift from me to them. I read reviews on delivery and they were horrible. I stopped the order and contacted grub hub I wanted to see if they had done anything to improve delivery they read my questions re people having to go out in rain to take food from driver to being insulted by driver and condition of driver when they r finally arrived after food being delivered 3 times to wrong address and one never got food. They replied with " sorry to hear that " that was it. I chatted back got another rep she said to place my order first then she could talk to me. . /didnt bother to address any of my concerns just wanted to secure an order . I cancelled my order to firehouse subs in Greer of 15 sis and 5 salads drinks and chips. I tried to call store to talk to manager they said he wasn't there and had no idea when he would be. I wanted to leave a number for him to call and was told it would be better if I called back since they didn't know if they would be there when a manger came.I went...

I tried to order online, and it gave me a 50 minute wait time. Since we are only five minutes from the place, I tried to call the restaurant to make sure that the time was correct and if I should just come into the restaurant to order; but I got hung up on by someone who couldn't seem to not slur his words together or sound annoyed that someone had the nerve to order a sandwich. Wrongly assuming that the hang up was a mistake and that the guy maybe was having a bad day, I called back to ask to speak to "someone else". Darron told me that there was nobody else there. I asked for the manager, and he said that he WAS the manager. I asked if he was the only person there... the person making sandwiches and taking orders and cleaning and everything. He said yes. Then, you guessed it- He hung up on me again! Maybe it is just me, but I think that new management may be in order. This guy was not only incompetent; He was also rude. Taylors has a Firehouse subs that is close enough... I just first need to find out if it is owned by the same...

Today was my first day going to this sub shop. I was in a rush. I knew what I wanted which is a simple Philly cheese steak. I expect the onions and peppers. I get to my office and open. I take one bite and it's bland. About two Fridays ago I was disappointed from another place because I witnessed them bring out a already prepared sandwich and run it under a toaster. Yes I was highly disappointed. I was recommended to go to Firehouse subs that day but I again was limited on time. Today, I immediately called and was told to bring the sandwich back after being told they were out of onions and peppers at the time I came in to order. I had to wait 8-10 minutes for meat and cheese? How you going to serve a sandwich and supposedly be out of onions and peppers and not tell the customer? I was told to bring the sandwich back after driving back to the office already hungry. I was supposed to get a call by the manager. I will bring my receipt back but I expect better. What is up with customer service these days.

First the good. The dining room was actually open and available, and decently clean. The workers were friendly enough. We went with several friends and the workers took our orders in a timely manner, and everyone’s orders seemed correct. I ordered a large smokehouse brisket sub. When opened it, I was shocked. There was hardly any meat on it. The picture reflects one half of the sandwich. The other half was just as bad. I thought about just combining the meat from both half’s. It still wouldn’t equal a “normal” portion. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, this might actually be my first. And I do enjoy Firehouse, they make tasty subs, but the portion they served makes Subway look generous.
