This is the last time I will give you a chance. I ordered a double cheese burger combo with lg tot and route 44 diet cherry limeade and a sonic cheese burger. We pulled into the stall and got our order and we left I checked the bag as we were leaving and it was wrong. So we went back. We went thru the drive thru and said we received the wrong order. They gave us the old food. I said there are no tots and hamburgers had been unwrapped and touched not by employees. I asked them to remake it and they gave severe attitude and said they would remake it and to wait. So we did. However they did not remake it as the burgers I received were the same burger from the touched bag just re wrapped. The status of the burger is horrid not what I expected. There are burnt charred pieces on the bun top and bottom. Its so soggy that it disintegrates in your hands and falls apart. I am so disappointed and disguisted. I will not be back and will discourage anyone from ordering from you. Not to mention this is the third time in a row this has happened to us.

The only thing that was just okay was the churro milkshake. -Everything was cold and crammed into one tiny bag. -The burgers tasted like something out of an elementary school cafeteria and all of the condiments were squished out into the wrapper, coating the buns. -Pickle fries were cold and squishy. -Churros were hard, over fried and oil logged with barely any cinnamon sugar on them. -The mozzarella sticks had been pulled from the fryer way too early and were crammed into a tiny paper bag along with a ton of fryer oil and then were smashed into the bottom of the bag. We had to throw them away. -My sons chicken nuggets were so hard that he could not chew them. They were probably 90% over cooked breading and 10% dry chicken shards. **The icing on the garbage cupcake was when I opened my cranberry limeade cup to find a molded piece of lime. I will attach a picture.

Our experience at this establishment tonight was unsatisfactory. We were given an incorrect order of two burgers when ordering 2 orders of tenders. The food we received after saying we were given the weong order was poor , with small, dry, and old fries fit for the size of a childs meal when we paid for medium meals. The container was barely filled. and only three tenders instead of five. Our sauce was also not included in the bag. For a $32 order, we expected more. If the staff is not motivated to work, it would be better to have someone else cover their shift to ensure good business practices and satisfied customers.

I went to sonic today to get the promotion 79 cent slushies. I asked multiple times what flavors were the promotion slushies and they kept telling me all flavors. I ordered and my total was way higher than what it should be. The employee did not explain to me that if I added flavors it would cost more, I had to ask about 3 more times before a manager came out and told me about the flavors. I told him that I had asked many times and they did not explain that to me and my concern was the total was $8 more than what it should be. He told me that she did explain it, he was standing right behind her. I told him, no because if she did I would not be having this issue. He again said, yah, I was standing right there. I said, ok, I dont want to argue with you, can you please get my order? He said no, have a great day and walked away. I called up there to get the corporate number and the manager told me he didn't have it, to go online and look it up, then hung up. I went online but of course no number to call, just send something in I'm on their website. I can't even do that because it only allows a message sent if I had a ticket number, since the manager walked away from me I have no ticket #. I do not go there very often, but I will for sure not go back to this location, I have had issues in the past with the quality of their...

Food does taste good, but not completely amazing, which it's not meant to be. Prices are a little high, but happy hour and shakes at night sure are a good deal. Their shakes are amazing, which I didn't count as food. Yet, employees do use their bare hands a lot touching the food to make it. Any fast food restaurant will basically do that to you, at least eventually. I saw this a lot, which didn't completely disgust me, because there is a huge point in history enter people did have cleaning products or gloves to serve food and they were still okay- but still, you never know what could happen. Service is nice, but employees change all the time. So if you get isn't one year with people, you didn't hate the place forever, managers keep changing as everyone else and those people to blame moved on. So eventually it may be good to come back. They ate decently fast. Their food comes and goes constantly even if it doesn't seen like it outside, so they don't even have much time for most food to just sit there. They have to keep cooking it fresh. But all their meat comes from frozen meat. It's not straight fresh like Wendy's. But what restaurants, at least fast food, even don't use...

Super nice staff. Food was hot, fresh and good. Forgot my wallet and didn't realize it until I got to the window to pay at the drive-thru. I had the mobile app already set up for mobile orders. So they let me just order on the app and cancel them as they came through. Since they had already made the food as I ordered it at the drive-thru before. Then I had to go and the app was having issues so they let me go with the food. We were happy and got to eat breakfast before we started a job that day. Once the job was done I tried the app again. This time it worked and so I placed and paid for the order through my app and called to let them know not to make it since it was what I owed from this am. They were supposed I think and appreciative. I would not want some one having to pay for my breakfast that they were already working hard to make money at their job. So I did the right thing. Not sure if they would have had to take it out of their pocket but didn't want it to happen if so. We like sonic and are greatful for the workers that make it happen their. Top 3 for fast food breakfast burrito. The burgers and dogs...
