This is OUR coffeehouse! We won't go anywhere else - & that's saying something, coming from a former Starbucks addict!
We sometimes come here multiple times a day & we couldn't be happier! The coffee is consistently bomb-diggity & the ladies (& gents) are always happy, smiling & quick with the service!
If you order the same thing consistently, like my bf does - they'll usually have your order ready as soon as you pull up! If you're like me (indecisive) they're quick to make any drink you choose & if you're not sure what you're feeling, they're aces at suggestions.
I've never been disappointed by a drink here, but if you are, let them know & they'll remake it for you!
The food & drinks are amazing & the ladies are a bright light to anyone's start of their day! 🥰

Read moreI would not go to this black rock especially if you have issues with your order, they are no help at all. I’ve actually changed my location and have had a much better experience. I tried giving this location a chance but it seems every time I have an issue they are no help for example I did a mobile order that I accidentally sent to the wrong location(hour away) and not only could I not cancel that order but they couldn’t even help me out with a free one or contacting a manager to see what they could do. What’s a free coffee to them nothing, my other location had no issues helping me these people here are just rude hope they get some new people in there cause this is wrong! Also I think all locations need phones so when people do have issues there is someone they can call directly not online and wait...

Thieves work here. I made a purchase in the drive thru and I was not given my debit card back. I parked and walked up to their walk up window and said I hadn't been given my card back and the immediate response was (and not even from the employee who took my order and payment) "I didn't take your card. I don't have it.". If they didn't have my card then how did I make a purchase? Their behavior is suspicious and I will never return because why would I spend money at a business that...
