20 minutes of horrible service. Ordered my food throught the DT. The DT employee charged my credit card for the person behind me. It took several people to attempt to correct the order, which wasn't that hard. The manager never came to the window she told the DT employee to charge the person behind me for my food.
I told the DT employee that makes no sense. I went inside and the manager, Danielle stated she thought the DT employee refunded me my money. I explained that was incorrect. Then she leaves, hugs a screaming employees and walks back and forth 6 times. Then she comes to ask me where was my food.
WHAT FOOD!!!!!!! This is what I'm standing here for. Another manager walks up and asked to assist her and she denies the assistance. Then she stands in a group by the fries laughing and leaning on a stand.
Meanwhile, my daughter and I are standing there waiting for our food. 20 minutes later we get our food with a smug apology from Danielle.
Whoever promoted Danielle to manager needs to be reprimanded. She is not ready to be a manager or lead. She needs more experience in communication, conflict resolution...

My quarter pounders Pattie’s were under cooked, very very red in the inside .. it look like they just let the sides get brown enough to slap on the buns and sold it to me just like that.. I called this particular Mc Donalds to speak with management because I was unable to go back there for an refund.. After I seen that uncooked I lost my appetite I didn’t want anything else from there. I called at least 20 times back to back and no one answered the phone.. I find it to be very inconvenient to me to have to waste my gas and money because someone isn’t doing there job.. u can’t sale the ppl uncooked items.. if I get sick I will sue.. You would think if I call someone would answer to solve the problem but no one never answered … Will Never eat here again … my son wanted it and this right after picking him up from school, we had other thing to do , So no I couldn’t go back .. The least they can do is answer the phone . The fries were Horrible too, refried.. Wish I can give...
Read moreMike's experience was horrible as usual. Today the dining Room was closed because of covin which is understandable. The drive-through lady did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. I ordered breakfast meals and saw on the screen it prompted to large sprites. I asked her if she could make those small sprites. Got a grunt but the sprite sizes were never changed. Got to the window to pay And was greeted with rolled eyes. So of course when I go to pick up my food I am greeted with 2 large sprites. The girl at the window was like so you don't want them. I said no I want to smalle sprites. She was very irritated. And then when she gives me my food it's only the breakfast sandwiches Not the hash Browns Included. This must have upset her greatly.
