It's sad that I have to write this review, but I have given this location multiple times to get it together. I understand you are having staffing issues, but a manager needs to be there 24/7. I only do mobile order to help not be another body you have to service at the register, but obviously you are ignoring the mobile machine altogether so why even offer it in the first place. First problem: Did a mobile order and waited 10 minutes before even leaving the house because I only live 2 minutes away. Get to the place, all the employees are sitting at a table and my order is not ready. I have to let them know I have an order before someone gets up to fix it. Second problem (which happened this morning and prompted me to write this): Another mobile order, and I give them ample time to work. Walk in, there no mobile order. I see a bunch of people at the register, so I wait patiently. Time goes by, and I see the slip for my order over by the back counter. Again being ignored. Then, I walk to the register to stand in line. By that time, I see one of the girls has placed the sticker on the counter, but no one has even touched it. All the walk ins are getting serviced, and even when I stood by the mobile order station, no one even greeted me. Once I told the girl at the counter that I had an order, she said that they would get working on it next. I even saw her put the sticker on a cup and pass it to the other girl. Time still passes, and the shop goes on. Not a word. It wasn't until I looked up and saw a drink on the mobile counter that I knew it was ready. The other never said my name or walked it over o the register and apologize about the wait. nothing. It's the little things that matter, and this specific PJs location is lacking it. I would rather drive 5 miles more, spend $5 dollars more at Starbucks than to deal with this again. I'm sorry. That is clearly a ship without a captain, and if you don't fix it more...
Read moreThis pjs is terrible and allows regulars to line hop its happened to me twice. I only frequent this location because it close to my job. One of the employees or managers made my beverage and had her chewing gum tucked under her nails as she handed me my beverage. Today was the worse. Bad enough for me to leave a review. I pulled up no cars at in the lot this morning. As im getting out i notice a subway worker leave out and go in pjs. Shes standing there waiting to order and staring at me as if she's toying with me. After looking at the menu anf asking what all comes with expresso. She gets the total and has to run back next door to get the rest. As she's doing so another customer pulls up but the are going to subway . So as im just standing there waiting for two pastries toasted, i was still not serviced. After waiting several mins I walked to my car contemplating leaving or not and guess what. The subway worker is behind the counter making the customers food all while holding up the line with her unpaid order so guess who's standing there waiting? Me of course. This pjs is terrible and after seeing one of the workers take gum out of her mouth and stick it under her nails to make drinks disgust me. Customer Service is everything and it happens often at this location beijg skipped ober or their regulars. Read moreUsed to be a loyal customer but they nickel and dime their customers, like asking you to pay for a cup of water even if you just bought a bunch of other stuff. That's greedy and rude if you ask me. I was already thinking about switching coffee shops bc of other incidents I've had there.
Like here is another example...when my car was in the shop I asked somone to drop me off there so I could study. Shortly after arriving there they started closing up. Apparently they had just changed their hours but had not changed it on their website. I was obviously frustrated bc I felt lied to and didn't have a way to leave immediately. I asked them if they could at least ask their manager to update their hours and they responded. "Sorry there is nothing we can do". Like really? you are so scared of your manager you wont even pass on a complaint? I waited outside and soon was even kicked off the porch. I was willing to over look this and other incidents bc I like getting coffee local. But honestly being charged for water feels like they are trying to be petty. So yeah.
