Big Chic — Restaurant in Griffin

I've always had good customer service here even when the food wasn't always great . Until yesterday I'm not sure what the young lady's name was but she was a black woman , darker skin, hair pulled back into a pony tail. Very rude, disrespectful, loud and just an embarrassment to the establishment as a whole. It started when I walked in stood at the counter and she didn't get up to take my order until I asked was anyone working. She and all the other workers were just sitting there. She informed me she wasnt about to just stand there with no customers and look stupid. I said but I've been standing here. It appears she was the only front end cashier and with an attitude like hers she definitely doesn't need to be. I was leaving and she was loudly disrespectful towards me as i left making rude comments. She had an issue that despite how rude she was I had a good rapport an engagement with another employee and didn't rush to place my order. With her and asked questions. But 1. She made me wait with no regard or consideration while 8 months pregnant 2. No one else was in line or waiting. She would be better off doing janitorial services. Cleaning trash would be very appropriate for her trash attitude and customer service.

I ended up getting a refund I wouldn't dare be disrespected and then patronize an established. I could ignore everything else but loudly disrespecting a customer as the exit who didnf argue or disrespect you and then feel justified is very unacceptable and she should be embarrassed but I'm...

Came through the drive through here last month. Was so livid I forgot to post the review.

My husband was trying to order for us and the lady kept rushing and giving him the total before he could finish placing the order. Every time he'd say "I'm not done yet" she'd smack her teeth and get an additude, then she yelled at him to hold on. Before he could finish saying his order she was cussing at him so loud my kids in the back seat could hear her swearing. I said nope no way we are eating here because I don't want my food spat in. We drove off, without our food, and went to Chick-fil-A. Never seen such terrible customer service in my life, was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. If you don't want to do the simple job of taking a drive through order without cussing out a paying customer you need to find other means of employment. Zero stars. Do not eat here especially if you have kids because the employees will get an additude and cuss you out for no reason. Had not eaten there before and I won't ever be...

I always order from the one in Barnesville. This time i was in this city and wanted to try this place. The employees are taking your order and leaving at the same time to go across the street to get gas at Kroger. leaving the cash register and the second employee are cleaning out her cars as if she at a car wash on the clock. Then come back to the counter like nothing happen . All out the window yelling at customers in the drive thru window. I order 2 salads, and they gave me one. Then i ask where my other salad at, and she said they only see one on the moniter. I had to show my receipt to show proof i order two.
