I stopped in to pick lunch for my husband and I. I walk in and the lady is sitting at a table no big deal, there weren’t any customers in at that time. she goes to start making my sandwiches and with gloved hands goes under her shirt to scratch her shoulder/ breast area. then proceeds to try and continue making my sandwiches. i ask her to change her gloves and she looks at me confused so i say it again. she changes her gloves and makes the sandwiches and the whole time im thinking what the heck. these sandwiches where sloppy, disintegrating just a hot mess. so im checking out and she can’t even ring in my order. she has to ask 5 plus times how to ring it in. i haven’t even handed her any cash at this point and she has already closed out the order trying to get changed out. as if i’ve already paid. very frustrating, very unorganized. and very unprofessional. this girl definitely doesn’t need to be working in the food industry.
the other person that was working there remade my sandwiches after i complained. i asked her if she was the manager and she said no. so they don’t even have a manager there to handle any issues. this is the closes one to my house which is why i went there. but i will definitely be driving past this one from now on. steer clear...
Read moreI had just got off work at 8 pm. Got to Subway at 8:35 pm. I was about to order a 6 inch sandwich. The owner or who ever he was, asked me if I wanted a foot-long because the special was $7.99. I asked him was that because you were closing and he kept saying no it’s a special. I say ok that’s not a bad deal. He proceeded to make my sandwich. I said to him that the lettuce that he was using was brown and I wanted the lettuce from the other container that was full. He said the lettuce is all the same (clearing seeing that other container had better looking lettuce). I said to him isn’t Subway known according to their image to have fresh sandwiches? He ignored me and continued to give me the brown lettuce. Once again I said no I don’t want that because it’s brown. He raised his voice and said it’s all the same I said sir, I’m the customer, I’m spending my money and I want fresh lettuce…. asked him aren’t Subway sandwiches supposed to fresh? Read moreMy wife went to pick me up a sandwich this evening they messed up on the sandwich. When I took the sandwich back the older lady acted like she really didn't want to make the sandwich and instead of saying maybe they made a mistake she was like that's what your wife ordered she want to blame anybody but herself. While getting my order corrected by the younger lady the older lady told a customer that walked in they were closed and it wasn't even close there was two minutes before they were supposed to close. I've let them know before that the computer system says they close at 10 p.m. but they keep saying no we close at 9 p.m. and the end of discussion they don't want to explain that their computer systems are wrong. If the manager of Subway gets this review please check your tape and if you have sound on it listen to the older woman's voice you can tell from the tone that she's not being nice too customers or Pleasant to them.
