Hardee’s — Restaurant in Griffin

Had lunch there today and I should have walked out as soon as I ordered. The young lady who took my order was breaking up change in the drawer and counting money the whole time. I waited to give her time to finish, but she kept going as she asked for my order. The whole time the place is empty but loud from the conversations going on between the staff. I was willing to look past this, and the soda carbonation issue that soon followed. I picked up my food and went to a table and the order was wrong. I ordered a single with extra onions and received a double with no onions. I did not realize it but I was charged extra for the mistake. My wife went up to get it corrected when the same lady that took the order insisted I messed up the order, that she put in what I told her. She essentially called my wife a liar when she told her she heard me order and the lady still insisted she had not made a mistake. Same lady that couldn't stop counting change long enough to take my order. Ok so I'm the only person in line and it looks like one of the assistant managers is training s new employee rather than take my single order first the assistant tells me he will take my order after he is finished clocking her in so I'm standing there watching him poorly train her how to clock in which takes about 5 min and then they both walk away and start talking with the drive thru employee. They start going on and on about all the little gossip that happen between the employees for probably 20 mins. Now I've been waiting a total of 20 mins I almost left and went to taco bell but they looked busy finally the original assistant manager seems to have remembered that I exist. And tells the drive thru women to take my order and she says oh I didn't see you there now I'm 6'3" 300 pounds wearing a lime green shirt and you have the gall to tell me you didn't notice me. If your going to lie to me at least make it believable. And to top it off they didn't even have the 2 for deal that I had seen on multiple billboards on the way into town. Recently stopped in to get breakfast with the family and I have to admit I was quite disappointed this is the second or more time service has been horrible not to mention the atmosphere of the restaurant. Used to be really good but has gone downhill professionalism has completely left too much drama going on employees underwear showing pants almost to their knees I don't want to see that when I'm trying to order food, manager and other staff fussing and cussing about Family Matters nothing was clean just completely unprofessional and just unsatisfactory took way too long to get a simple order not just me experiencing that other customers too. At this point I will be looking somewhere else when I'm hungry for breakfast or lunch or dinner or anything unfortunately Hardee's is not on my list anymore. Also to add even the restroom was busted and not even working outside of everything else that was out of( Fountain drinks) or nasty dirty complete unprofessional and disgrace I can't speak for the ladies restroom but I can tell you the men's...
