El Charro Mexican Restaurants — Restaurant in Griffin

I understand that inflation has affected many of us and our businesses but they doesn’t mean you should treat your customers poorly. El charros has really gone down hill it seems. Worst service ever. Miss Betty, you appeared to be having a bad day and took it out on your customers. If someone has the wrong order let alone something is wrong with their food you should make it right and not deny someone from ordering something else they’re gonna pay for. Rude waitress, looking to argue with customers. Telling us you only work 2 hours a week and your husband doesn’t want you to work sounds like a personal problem and you should either find a new occupation or stay home or maybe find a new husband. Lying that Jose Macias speaks English (the manager) wheb wanting to address the issue because there was no communicating with you. I do hope your day gets better. My mothers order was wrong, and steak wasn’t cooked to expectations and you denied her a different meal she was going to pay for. There for she didn’t get to eat. Nobody was looking for a free meal, especially one she had one bite out of. When told the order was wrong and not cooked right either she snatched my mothers salad and tossed in the trash she was going to at least eat that. This was my first time coming to this restaurant. I hadn't heard anything about this place before, but the parking lot usually has quite a crowd. Upon entering this establishment my family and I noticed that it was quite dirty. Our table had been recently wiped off but there was a fair about left behind. The issues didn't start until our food had arrived at the table. My wife is allergic to beans, so we asked the waiter to not include them. Not only did the plate come with beans it only had beans as a side. We informed the waiter that the order was incorrect and it was promptly "fixed". The rest of the food was correct. Sadly three out of four of the meals were bland and disappointing. We were finished with the meal almost as quickly as it came out. We were putting the disappointments I mean food in to-go boxes when we found beans, that were merely scraped from the plate when returned for the allergy. Horrible experience never...

went to el charro today 07/08/2025 with my 2 daughters and 3 grandkids,first,food was great as usuaily it is,but our service was TERRIBLE,WAITRESS WAS KYRSTAL SERVED US AT TABLE 38SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE,WHEN I WENT TO PAY MY BILL,I WROTE ON THE RECIEPT,ATTENTION MGR,WAITTRESS WAS VERY RUDE AND YOU NEED TO CONFRONT HER,THE CASHIER/GIRL,TOOK MY RECIEPT RIPPED IT UP IN FRONT OF ME AND THREW IT IN THE TRASH AND LAUGHED,THEN I ASK YOUR NOT GOING TO TELL THE MGR,AND SHE LAUGHED AGAIN,RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME,I ASK IF MGR WAS IN SHE SAOD SHE WASNT AND TO FIND OUT LATER,MGR WAS,WOW!!!! weve done alot of buisness with them and i mean alot,but now were done,no more,we will never go back again,its sad that service people have to be this way,and yes i get we all have a bad day,but that doesnt make it right for a waitress to take it out on a costumer,NEVER AGAIN,to many mexican resturants in griffin to have to...
