I understand that inflation has affected many of us and our businesses but they doesn’t mean you should treat your customers poorly. El charros has really gone down hill it seems. Worst service ever. Miss Betty, you appeared to be having a bad day and took it out on your customers. If someone has the wrong order let alone something is wrong with their food you should make it right and not deny someone from ordering something else they’re gonna pay for. Rude waitress, looking to argue with customers. Telling us you only work 2 hours a week and your husband doesn’t want you to work sounds like a personal problem and you should either find a new occupation or stay home or maybe find a new husband. My mothers order was wrong, and steak wasn’t cooked to expectations and you denied her a different meal she was going to pay for. There for she didn’t get to eat. Read moreThis was my first time coming to this restaurant. I hadn't heard anything about this place before, but the parking lot usually has quite a crowd. Upon entering this establishment my family and I noticed that it was quite dirty. Our table had been recently wiped off but there was a fair about left behind. The issues didn't start until our food had arrived at the table. My wife is allergic to beans, so we asked the waiter to not include them. Not only did the plate come with beans it only had beans as a side. We informed the waiter that the order was incorrect and it was promptly "fixed". The rest of the food was correct. Sadly three out of four of the meals were bland and disappointing. We were finished with the meal almost as quickly as it came out.
