Mattress Firm Clearance Center Griffin — Hotel in Griffin

I went in Mattress Firms Griffin, GA location today "just to see". A couple months ago I was in Rooms To Go and fell in love with a Stearns and Foster Hurston mattress and adjustable base. I got no help there, so I took a picture of what I was interested in and went home to do research. After looking at several places and my due diligence research I decided to venture out and see if I could find the same mattress somewhere else. Fast forward to today and Andrew was able to help. He showed me exactly what I was looking for, but also showed me some others and had me test out a few more. He took time to listen to what my needs were in a mattress, suggested what he thought would be best for me, and he was right. The mattress, the adjustable base, sheets and pillows I purchased are all right up my alley. He didn't push any products on me and is not your typical run of the mill sales guy. Andrew really knows his stuff; he is personable, funny, friendly, and wants his customers to have the the best product for what's right for them, and their best sleep possible. I wasn't there for more than hour, and I'm incredibly satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had. He was very knowledgeable and saved me an unnecessary trip to some less than desirable mattress places that are labeled as "liquidators" (do your homework a our those places! Knowing what I know now, I'll never ever go to those places again for a mattress!).

If you're looking for a new bed, great prices, a good experience and get help from someone who is awesome at their job (and really loves it too), ask for Andrew - you won't be disappointed!

My experience at Matress Firm in Griffin Georgia was great! First of all, Terry, the manager was extremely professional! For example, he was the only person working in the store at the time but he always acknowledged the other people coming in the door and he was able to multitask and share his time with the other customers in the store as well. He was also highly knowledgeable about the matress products sold there. He took the time to tell me the small details that I needed to know to make an informed decision. Lastly, He provided excellent customer service! He loaded my matress and matress foundation and patiently tied them down and wouldn’t stop until I was satisfied. One thing that he said that stuck out to me above all was while he was loading my matress I told him that he had a customer that walked into the store. He simply reminded me that I was his customer too. That statement made me feel so special and valued. This was my first time at Matress Firm and I also had my sister and auntie with me and after they saw the awesome customer service Terry provided me they both decided to buy new matresses...

So my hubby and I was shopping around for a queen mattress for our daughters room. My hubby narrowed it down to where he wanted to look because we were going to finance. We went to one store they gave a price of $373 we said we think about it and left. Came to mattress firm and from the time we walked in we were treated well and laughed and the manager beat the other stores price. So needless to say we purchased with them and did the financing but after reviewing the terms we agreed that it made more sense to just pay for it out right. So we called the store and they advised we could cancel the financing and get refund of what we paid to begin the financing and was even gifted with the change for the purchase since I didn’t have the exact amount. The guys at mattress firm are certainly awesome at what they do and are very personable! I will certainly be back to get more knowledge and to buy again!
