I will have to say horrible service. It is pointless to order over the phone when you get it to check it and already pay for it. It's not even what is in the bag. I love their food in general for Panera bread. However, this location has horrible service. The workers have such a piss poor attitude. There is never enough people working at the counter to cash people out and take orders. To get a order fixed because they forgot stuff in the bag you have to stand in line to be served again for almost a half hour. That is so unacceptable. When you tell the cashier that you are making separate orders to pay. Than the cashier still puts the two separate orders you placed on one bill. On top of it all when you confront about a mistake that was made, they get snotty with you and make a big deal over it. I don't expect anything for free. However, when I get blamed for not placing the order right in the first place and charged again. That is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never ever go back to this...
Read moreI went to Panera bread one morning to get my family breakfast. I ordered the 4 breakfast sandwich. When I got home I realized 2 of the breakfast sandwich didn’t have meat on them. So I called back and spoke to the manager Angelo. Angelo told me he would replace these two breakfast sandwiches. I went back a few days later and ordered my 2 breakfast sandwiches. One bacon for my wife and one sausage. I don’t eat pork. Also got my son a cinnamon roll before school. I should’ve checked my sandwich before I left but when I got home I realized they both had bacon on them. So now I have to go all the back to Panera and do this all over again. After I do this. This will be the last time Panera receives my service. Oh yea and the older lady at the counter and very rude. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. She definitely cursed at me. Only reason I’m going back is because I’m hungry and I didn’t have time to make breakfast this morning. I wish I give...
Read moreThis is the last time I will order from Panera. The app sends a message at the promised "ready" time but my order has never actually been ready when I arrive.
Today I was picking up lunch orders for kids taking final exams. The orders were 35 minutes late and the manager Brenda was obviously not coping well. She was rude the frist two times I spoke with her about a missing order and then she just started blatently ignoring me. Those kids had to take their final exams on an empty stomach b/c of the poor management of Groton’s staff. Your app should stop accepting orders if the staff is at max capacity. And the way I was treated in the cafe is unacceptable no matter how busy or stressed out the staff is.
Chipotle is right down the street and they are polite, on time, and easy to work with. I’ll take my future...
