I am unsure where to begin with this review.. First off, I am unsure why there is less than 5 star reviews accross the board.. Pho is my favorite food and I am always on the hunt for great pho places around the country..

This place is AMAZING!!

My boyfriend and I were only in town for a few days while he was taking a pilot course he was in need of the certification. He ate lunch there every single day and I was able to join him 2 times for lunch and once for dinner!

Their spring rolls are AMAZING!! The perfect blend of crunchy and soft. There peanut sause was perfectly creamy and seasoned!

I got the vegetable Pho each time. Unlinked me, my boyfriend is a meat eater and tried several different phos including sea food, beef and after seeing my pho and sharing some veggies with him he got a veggie pho and added meat to it. When he got it without veggies he would add double meat. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, the broth was just right. The lady who took care of us was understanding about how much lime and basil I love to put into my pho.

The service here is just as great as the food! The same lady served us every time we were there. She was always cheerful, kind, friendly and a smile on her face! She got so used to.us coming in that she memorized what we got and knew before we said anything! She confirmed what we wanted and was spot on every time! I am impressed!

The food here is not authentic. They make the worst bahn mi sandwich I’ve ever had. The bahn mi sandwich has no pate butter just regular butter. They only put one single layer of meat on it so the flavor I got the most with each bite was cilantro not the meat. I’ve had bahn mi sandwiches many times and I’ve never seen such little meat on a sandwich. Also, their beef pho contains only one kind of meat not the variety described on the menu. When I ordered my pho I asked for only flank steak. The waitress told me they only use one type of beef. I asked what it was and she said she didn’t know. The menu states there’s brisket, flank steak, round steak… but they don’t even know what they’re serving you. And lastly the Thai tea is suppose to contain condensed milk. That’s what makes it milky and sweet but at this restaurant they only use regular milk so the tea does not have the flavor of the very famous and beloved Thai tea. It’s a shame. Just...

Horrible! I went with some co-workers here, and was very disappointed to say the least.I got a thai tea bubble tea, and found some unknown food particle in my drink. DIRTY! I almost gagged and waved down the waitress to take it back. Even if there wasn't nasty debris in my drink, it still lacked flavor and was not good. My entree was a slimy tofu in a salty sauce that lacked zero flavor. It was literally just tofu with sauce, no vegetables in it or anything. I couldn't even finish it, even the rice tasted funny. I wanted to vomit just looking at it, not edible. Shouldn't have paid or tipped. Not sure why the reviews on this place are so great, it's dirty and unappetizing.

The waitress seemed nice enough, but there was an unfriendly looking older woman staring everyone down giving dirty looks. Made me very uncomfortable. I'm surprised I didn't get food poisoning from here, go...
