went into Northern lights smoke shop in Groton Connecticut for a specific product I asked for it they said they didn't carry it but that the product they did carry was just as good he promised so I took him at his word bought the product went outside started doing research on my phone which I should have done first found out that it is not up to par with what I asked for not even close drove a great distance to get what I asked for in New London near my home add Northern lights drove more than 50 miles each way to get what I really knew would work and came back to Northern lights to try to get a refund and was told that they could not refund my $30 I should have paid with the card I wasn't thinking so I could have disputed it but I figured that it was an upstanding store I guess I was misled I hope none of you are avoid this store at all costs I hope it was worth the $30 that they could have refunded me for the loss of business I hope that this post causes I guarantee and I promise that this is...

My husband and daughter frequent the shop. I love the incense but know nothing about the glass. Because my family frequents the shop an employee Fangus(sp?) Is always helpful when purchasing gifts for them, he seems to know his customers and his product well. It is slightly overpriced but I'm a mom and everything is overpriced in my mind. We did check out the shop 1/4 Mile down the road. The selection was slim and no wiggle room to speak of. My family especially my CHILD will NEVER shop there again. Besides the owner always bashing Northern (not a good look), in recent news he's standing trial for child pornography, it's disgusting. I hope his doors never open again and I pray the good folks at Northern continue to serve the needs of Groton free of scandal and they will always have my family's business....

Great selection just overpriced. You can expect at least a 30-40 dollar markup on new items particularly vape devices. G pen is 130 (on gpen website) and 170in the shop. So i basically paid a 40 dollar markup to have it then and there just to have it fall apart not even an hour later. Smoke shop didnt care about that part at all. All i got was a "Just contact them through their website". To be fair I wasnt expecting a full refund but really dude you cant thow me a pack of papers or nothing?! SMH ITS A MONEYGRAB.
