Had to wait so long for my chicken strips(was told they were still in the Oil!) On 5/18/18 (my son's Graduation Day), that I thought they forgot about me. By the time that I finally got them, (walking back in to see what the hold up was), ......my fries were all cold!!!!. I have been to this McDonald's location many times, because it's the only one in my area, but the service here is almost always poor!!! (Oh, and I also had to wait at the 2nd window before I got any of my order, because the drive thru attendant had to go and deal with an angry customer that had parked and went back in to complain about bad service). I only hope for 4 things when i go to this location, 1. that they are OPEN (I know, they are 24hours or so you would think, but I have been there when they were short-staffed and was told that they were CLOSED!!!), 2. that they have any of what I'm ordering (they are nearly always sold out of chicken strips or the coffee or milkshake machine is always down), 3. that Azia is working the 1st window cause she always takes our order fast and competently and 4. that Jose is working the 2nd window, cause our order is always correct and we always get enough barbecue sauce for our nuggets and strips (we actually call him the SAUCE BOSS, lol!!!) he is always speedy and accurate! Both of these employees deserve a raise cause they are the only ones that make coming to this location tolerable! HOPEFULLY Mr Arturo Lojo (i think that is his full name), will take note of all of his complaints and do something about the service at this location and the one on 50/27, because the sign says that he PROUDLY RUNS BOTH LOCATIONS and the service could really use some improving at both of them!!!!! I'm sad to have to put such a negative review but I really LOVE Mickey D's and i really hope that this makes them get...
   Read moreNikk and Gabriel in the drive through were amazing! They took the time to talk to my son about the specific toy he wanted in his happy meal and let him choose! My son was very happy. Nikk and Gabriel are 5 star employees and I hope to see them become crew trainers and In time, managers. They were friendly and polite and took the order correctly and made our experience special. Usually itâs a hassle to go to this location but Nikk and Gabriel made it the best experience Iâve ever had at this location. Did not do 5 stars because the girls in the front of the drive through were not so much on top of the game. They were confused and inattentive. The young lady opened the window and asked âyou had the happy meal?â I said yes and she said âokay we will get that for you right nowâ. (Duh I would hope so) anyways so no greeting and didnât hand the drink out first like usual she actually asked if I had a drink when I stayed in the line after she handed me just the happy meal. I said âyes since happy meals come with a drinkâ (again, duh) but anyways aside from the confused girls in the front our experience was quite pleasant and the manager I spoke to about Nikk and Gabriel was very friendly and polite as well.    Read moreSo I usually avoid reviewing fast food restaurants. They are what they are. But now they want to charge as much as a sit down restraunt they deserve some recognition. The 1 star is because it appears to be new and kept clean. So clean that an employee had no issue coming to our table and started cleaning it before we were finished eating. First time for everything. Even went as far as asking my daughter to pick up her cup so that the employee could clean under it. Ordering was a nightmare. No one at the counter so we used the kiosk to order. Went through the process(and of course my family is picky so every item is customized) and when I tried to pay, well it wouldn't complete the order. Okay so technology fails at times. Went to the counter and placed my order with a human. The kiosk was easier to deal with than the human. Probably just new I can deal with that. The issue I had was the amount of customers coming in the store because their drive-thru orders were wrong. Because of that I never thought we would get our food. A guy came in with a large mango smootie that he had just ordered. He stated that this is not a large. The manager said yes it is. The customer said then why was it given to me a little over half full. Come on McDonald's as expensive as your food is at least get peoples...
