Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Groveton

Not a bad Boba Tea shop, kinda what you might expect from a chain, decent selection with lots of potential for adjustments/additions and they have fun collaborations with media or special holiday based drinks on occasion.

Only complaint is your drink will be different every time you order it depending on who's making it, some of the employees don't follow recipes exactly, which is a bit of a double edged sword since you'll get a bit more flavoring or boba, buuut you might instead get less flavoring, and more ice leading to a super watery, barely Taro Slush (happened to me last time I was there.)

Otherwise it's super chill, I know two of the employees, and everyone's always super welcoming, never...

Very bad customer service at this location. I’m a very loyal customer here and I have been thru all the DMV locations and let me tell you how rude the front register African American employee was very rude when I walked in to pick up my pre-order drink from the pick up counter. The guys was like don’t touch anything here and rudely asked me if I had an order and took my order from my hand to “do he’s job” and proceeded to ask for my name (keep in mind it was the only drink at the counter) After telling my name he was so rude and was like keep walking and the kick me out the store of try. That pissed me off so I just stand next to him a table and he threat me to call...

I came here because I was craving a Boba Drink. I decided to order the Large Oreo Wow. Due to the Wow Pearl's not being ready, I was still able to receive the black Boba pearls in it and the Brown Sugar Flavor to make it taste so delicious.

The drink to me tasted like an Oreo Milkshare with the crumbles on the bottom. I enjoyed the drink and will be heading back to try a different drink each time. I do think the drinks are fairly priced.
