Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Grovetown

Good food & slow service, the location is understaffed and its concerning to see a company force a single employee to man an entire store by himself during peak hours. Dominos is good, but I wont support a company who runs their employees ragged because they dont want to hire or are simply to lazy or slow to get in there and fix the problem. Y'all had one young man in there, where was the manager and assistant manager to help him? Why was the franchise owner to busy to make sure that his store was running properly? Where is the district manager to oversee that this Dominos is enforcing their code of conduct/rules of operation? There should be enough systems in place that, over a span of 3 visits in two months, I should have seen someone other than that one person destroying themselves to keep up with the whole store.

Dominoes, if your managers are not willing to get in there and fling pizzas with the employees when the going gets tough, you are employing the wrong managers. Promote that young man who is single handedly making sure you stay afloat instead of the guy taking credit for saving money on employee costs this quarter meanwhile keeping up with demand.

At least help your saving grace out and give him a pay raise. I wish I could remember his name to name him. But I'm sure I could stop by this location and he be the only one there. (If he hasn't quit on you, because most people would after being abused like that and if he did good for him. Good employees are hard to find and he will find...

At first I really never was a big pizza or pizza place lover....that is Until I ordered from Dominos the first time. I LOVE DOMINOS!!! They are leaps and bounds ahead of and above all the rest!! I love that they have so many options to choose from like their delicious pastas, the best sub type sandwiches around, various types of breadsticks &bites, all kinds of yummy chicken 'tenders', GREAT desserts, salads, and a variety of beverages as well as a wide variety of sauces to choose from.... With so many options offered, they have something for everyone-even the pickiest of eaters will find something they love from Dominos! Another great thing about dominos is that every single delivery person I have had deliver to me ALL have been very: Friendly, Professional & Super Efficient! They never cease to amaze me at how fast, accurate, and fresh my orders are delivered to me- regardless of how detailed, or how large my orders are. Thank you Dominos! You have made a very loyal and happy customer out of me! Oh and I also like how easy it is to use/navigate their online ordering website, and the fact that they always have deals and coupons listed right there on their main page, so I always end up saving money and getting more bang for my buck, plus they have a loyalty club for those of us ordering online that rewards us with a free pizza just from ordering our food online through their website-which is what I would've been doing anyways...but that is just Dominos for you-They Are THE BEST out there and...

Chicken was not wrapped, just laying there , unprotected in a empty box, not wrapped, the chicken dry, small, not tasty, .

The pizza not cooked as ordered. I even called back to say I wanted it extra crispy - was 10 min after ordered and Annette said no problem she would make sure it was put back in oven a few more min. ... bottom of pizza not done.. toppings not crispy.. the cinnamon bread was little on tough side. NO utensils no Napkins.. And it happens I was out of papertowels and napkins. WOW.. Order was to me in less than 30 min.. It was to me a few min after I called Annette to make sure it was extra crispy.. Well Done.. So I know it was not well done.. The food was left out on table like I requested.. Its COLD out.. All was left out on table. Nothing Wrapped up.. Like I said chicken bites... just placed in box not wrapped.. all sauces just laid on top of pizza box.. could have tried a little harder.. I am requesting for a refund of this. Poor quality .. Poor...
