McDonald's — Restaurant in Grovetown

I'm visiting from out of state and I believe this is the worst customer service I've experienced so far.. we sat at the order station for almost 3 minutes before someone even said something to take our order. Then after each thing we said she said is that it in a very rude tone. Where I'm from everyone asks can I get anything else for you and 9 times out of 10 have excellent customer service. And as someone who works in customer service as well I would never talk to my customers that way. And of course they don't have their names on the receipt so all I have is KS#13 but she should not work in customer service even when we paid she just took our card and then gave it back with a receipt and said here you go. like what is that? No have a nice day or anything. Maybe she was having a bad day and if that's the case then she needs to learn to separate her personal and work life and not be a snatch. As far as our food goes on my friends breakfast they put a piece of ham instead of a piece of cheese on here sausage McMuffin. I ordered the bagel sandwich and it had a cold egg piece (I think it was egg) cheese and they forgot the meat and it was dry. They forgot the soda for another meal and then when we asked about it the guy looked all offended. I will not be eating here ever again when I visit. Maybe you should hire people with better customer service skills or make that girl take a customer service class or tell her to take her head out of her ass and be nice to the people that contribute to the company that...

I had an appointment with my Payne Doctor this morning and like always. I stopped at McDonald's to get food before I go in cause. I get injections in my spine. I went in and ordered my usual steak. And cheese bagel with an orange juice and a nice coffee today. We even got some hash Browns. However, when I got to my location it was a sausage bagel and I have to eat something so I have the bagel and I called the store the manager told me to bring it back. And she would replace it when I got back at 11 o'clock. Cause that's when my appointment was over. I wait at my friend go get. My fand it's after breakfast so I couldn't get my steak, egg and cheese bagels. So I told them that I would take a double quarter. Pound of cheese has my sandwich with $7 and some change. The manager told me because I ate half. Of it, she wasn't going to give me another sandwich. I have to eat before I go in for these procedures. I stop here every time I come up here for these procedures. Please make this right as the bagel. With sausage, egg and cheese was terrible. I wanted steak, egg and cheese and she was rude to us. She cursed my friend out because I. Ate half my bagel cause I was hungry that I bought at 9:30. She is not a very nice person very rude to us. I believe that people that work at McDonald shouldn't at least be courteous to people and I even called.I think it's a waste of my gas sometime.I have real health...

I don't know why it states I gave a 5 star rating because I would not of done that. First I asked for sweet n sour sauce one for each kid meal. At the drive through window I asked are the sweet n sour dipping sauce inside the boxes oh yes he said. I asked the kids hurry hurry make sure you both have sweet n sour before he comes back.he trying to find my chicken sandwich. No sauce both missing. I had to ask. Then as I drove away I went n wanted to turn on road I reach into.my bag yo.get my sandwich was going to take a bite n darn had it in my hand when I noticed it was rectangle shaped. I had to get on road in order to turn back turned around at Walgreen. Can not to insides went to drive way to long of a line backed up. So I backed up.parked in #3walked to drive through window had to knock n told then i hand order a chicken deluxe sandwich nobody could understand some lady asked what is the problem I told her n the guy at the driveway said it was put in wrong box and laugh lady said sorry n found my sandwich. From time. Every time I go for years now something always is wrong if not one thing it's more. I learned not to go all the way home just to go back. Now with the price of gas I better off going some where else.
