I recently had the pleasure of visiting Shiraz PR, and it was an unforgettable experience. This Middle Eastern food truck offers an authentic taste of the region, with every dish crafted to perfection. The first thing that struck me was the aroma—an enticing blend of spices. I started with the classic falafel, and I was not disappointed. The falafel was crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. Next, I tried the lamb gyro, which was a revelation. I thought I knew what a lamb gyro was until I tried the ones there. The meat was tender, marinated in a well-balanced mix of spices that gave it a deep, savory flavor. Also you need to try the backlava and the natural juices. It was a satisfying and flavorful meal. What sets Shiraz apart is their attention to detail and commitment to authenticity. The ingredients are fresh, and the flavors are bold yet harmonious. The portions are generous, making it great value for money. The service was also excellent. Despite the steady stream of customers, the staff was friendly and efficient. They were also more than happy to explain the dishes to those unfamiliar with Middle Eastern cuisine. My waiting time was about 25 minutes. Credit cards and ATH movil accepted. Plenty of parking available.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Shiraz, a Mediterranean food truck in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, and it exceeded all expectations. The gyro of steak and lamb, complemented by a cranberry salad and three delectable sauces (hummus, tzatziki, and spicy sauce), created a symphony of flavors. The Nutella baklava was a delightful addition, truly heavenly. The natural lemonades, especially the mint tea lemonade, were refreshing and perfectly balanced. Five stars are not enough for this culinary gem!

One the best food trucks in San Juan. Very nice atmosphere next to some other food trucks. You can find many options there. They have Persian and Arabic food. The lamb sandwich was really good. Their Nutella Baklava is also a must try. It is 15 minutes drive from old San Juan, but it definitely worth it.

I was coming here to grab a quick bite to eat and didn't expect much but some decent food since it's just a food truck, but man I was wrong. This place is special. The food is incredible, fresh and carefully made. It gives you that "ratatouille" feeling when you take your first bite and every bite after! The owner was the one who served me and I must say, you can feel the passion he has with this business! I don't do this often but this place is a 10 star out of 5 stars. This deserves an actual restaurant where you can sit down for a date night! Absolutely...
