Beware when you order chicken Divan in this restaurant. According to the menu, this pasta dish is served with "chicken breast cut in pieces" with broccoli and all mixed w Alfredo sauce. The other alternatives in the menu the chicken breasts are served as "whole peaces". Prices among the chicken breast options are almost the same, around $20. The problem developed when I received my dish and I couldn't see the peaces of chicken breast because they were so small and just a few of them. Later on I was instructed that half of the breast is served in this dish, reason for the small amount. I should add that the menu did not mention that half of the breast will be served. You think that a whole breast will be cut in pieces and served, specially when the rest of the chicken alternatives on the menu cost almost the same when served as a whole piece. As soon as I noticed the small amount of chicken in the plate I called the attention to the waitress. That's when she stated that this dish is served with half of a breast. I was surprised hearing this since this is not mention in the menu. She then suggested that in the future I should asked for chicken breast and pasta as a side dish, which by the way both have the same price. To that I responded that I felt deceived and that this will be the last time I'll come to this place. But later on, as a good waitress, she tried to make me feel well by bringing a small cup filled with pieces of the "other half" of the chicken breast. She also added that this incidence will be reported to the owner of the restaurant. She agreed that the menu didn't state that half of a breast will be served and also agree that the other options of whole chicken breasts cost around the same as the chicken Divan option. I frequently order takeout from Ragazzi and the experience has been positive until yesterday. I placed an order (pretty much the same one I always place) at 7:30pm and showed up to the restaurant a half hour later, which is not only the normal for them to prepare and order, but also the estimate they provided for having the order ready for pickup. To my amazement, not only was the order not ready, pizza wasn't even in the oven! I saw with my own two eyes as they put the pizza into the oven. I then had to wait an additional 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready for a grand total of 55 minutes from the time the order was placed until it was handed to me. Let's start talking about the lack of good atmosphere. First impression is two employees arguing. Then no greeting from any of the staff. After a short waiting, a waitress without any smile on her face sit us down in the corner table when many other good tables where available.
