Plaza Real Shopping Center — Local services in Guaynabo

Should be 0 stars! I purposely and actively avoid every business in this Plaza due to the fact that they charge for parking. It’s greedy, despicable and disgusting! It’s a bad business plan, especially after a global pandemic. The worst part about it is that CASH is the only option, BUT of course they provide you an ATM (for a hefty fee of course). They don’t even make it convenient for you to pay. Instead, they make it inconvenient for you to pay, charge you even more to retrieve cash to pay & then they hope you come back to give their plaza more business?! I seriously hope this Plaza corrects this unnecessary “money stealing” business plan they have recently...

This has to be one of the worst shopping centers in Puerto Rico. The parking is an absolute nightmare. The inside underground parking is out of a horror movie. And the access to the businesses and their signs and facility are extremely outdated. There are various floors with businesses, but you can only find bathrooms located inside the underground parking, which is terrifying. Went to OPA at lunch time on a Friday and parking was awful. There is not nlmany parking spaces available. Also, there is not sign informing where to go to pay your parking ticket, although cost was very good.
