This was my first time at this sushi spot—and unfortunately, probably my last. We experienced over an hour of waiting for just three items.

I completely understand that restaurants can get busy, but what made the experience frustrating was the complete lack of communication. No one informed us there would be such a long wait. A simple heads-up could’ve made a huge difference in managing expectations.
