Awesome taco truck and the guys who run it were very friendly. They have a long list of Mexican food they offer in addition to drinks and chips that you can pick up. Their meat choices are pretty standard such as chorizo, al pastor, pollo, lengua, etc. but there is no seafood option. They offer a wider variety of burrito types, tacos, nachos, and even have vegetarian options for some of those. The truck is parked at the end of the Safeway parking lot, visible from Main Street.
I chose a large breakfast burrito (they also offer XL!) and substituted the bacon/ham with french fries (also available in their California burrito) to make it vegetarian and it was GLORIOUS.
