Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Guilford Township

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I ordered online to pick up my food at the window. When I checked out online I choose to pay in store as I only had cash. I drove 15 mins to the store since they don't deliver to my house. When I went to pay for my order I only had a 100 dollar bill when I handed it to the lady she looked at me and told me she could not except it. I proceeded to tell her that was the only money and form of payment I had and that it was a legal form of payment. She got smart and said well I can't take it. I thought about calling the police to have them explain to me why a federal reserve note would not be accepted. I decided against that and leave a review instead. She then closed the window and completely ignored me. I tried to knock on the window because no where on the window or online did it say they would not except higher bills she still ignored me so I called another donimos and they advised me to file a formal complaint online. So I called Papa Johns 2 mins before they were about to close thinking to myself that they would not take my order. Well let me tell you Papa Johns went above and beyond to provide me excellent service and they were cheaper and took my 100 dollar bill without question. I will never be back to a dominos especially when they don't want to take my money. I recommend Papa Johns...

On any other year besides the last 3 years I may had ask to talk to the supervisor. However the few individuals that were working were doing so with speed and patience. They were taking orders via phone, preping the boxes, working with online requests and making the pizza. They looked exhausted but they didn't work like they were tired. The pizzas took a really long time past the estimated information on the application. Despite that I don't place blame on the staff which is very understaffed . Maybe Dominds should up day their app with a radio button that says due to staffing shortages, you may experience longer then normal wait times. People can be disrespectful with out hesitating. This team has to do X2 the work and take rudness from some customers. People and these younger kids are being abused under these conditions. Corporate if you are reading, please consider communicating this to the customers in a way that is customer friendly. Give these folks a break or a bonus.

Ordered online for pickup at the window. After I placed the order the tracker status indicated that the order was being prepped. The prepping of the order did not change at all for 20 minutes. I decided to drive up to the window because the prepping was going on for 20 minutes and I was not sure what was going on. I waited another 5 minutes at the window for the order. They they handed me the order I put it in the passenger front seat and drove home which is 1.4 miles away. The pizza I ordered was half green peppers and onions the other half was spinach and anchovies. It looked like they just through the stuff on top of the pizza without taking the time to spread it out. The wings were more of a joke. The wings not cooked all the way very small wings more or less waste of money. I have to remember to tell myself not to order from Domino's anymore they don't care...
