Dunkin' — Restaurant in Guilford Township

I've been living in the area for 4 years now and I've only since started going to this Dunkin Donuts for about 2 years. Everything about this place has since changed since I started going here. This Dunkin started out as a place that served good coffees and had great customer service. It has since changed into a place where I don't recognize the employees that work here every other week. The turnover at this Dunkin is at an insane rate. All of the well-trained employees have since left. I went here with my friend today and while I got my iced coffee almost right away, it took my friend around 30 minutes to get his frozen coffee. Not to mention I noticed the drive-thru screen showed that the customer at the window had been in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes. That is unacceptable. Not to mention there were two other people in the store with my friend and I who had to have been waiting for at least 30 minutes for their bagel with cream cheese and wrap. In total there were about 5 customers in the store with my friend and I. How does it take 30 minutes to get an iced coffee and frozen coffee? The employees must have "forgotten" my friends order as soon as he placed it. My friend didn't even get a "sorry about the wait". Hi I am a past worker a Dunkin’ Donuts, I gave this review a 1 star but it doesn’t even deserve it due to the fact of unprofessional such as checks being shorted, raises that were promised not shown on the checks nor the money to show for them. They carry themselves like high school students. Also this establishment lies to their customers and everyday guest, for example, sometimes they’re so lazy if an individual orders a decaf coffee the manager themselves would give the the original blend coffee. There so slimy that when anything goes wrong on their part the first person they would go to blame the individual that’s been the most trustworthy and reliable for the past 2year instead of recognizing there mistakes as grown adults. I’m a 17 year old student that looks forward to running my very own business. And the whole time I’ve been over there I’ve been taking notes on how not to run my establishment. So if you support a business that takes advantage of young adults this is the place for you, the main hiring preference is under age females who are very easily walked over. Dunkin Donuts has always been a top choice for my iced coffee. I personally love it and normally visit the location in Hagerstown. Me and my sister went inside to order. Nobody was up front at the register until we started talking, then 3 employees came out. I ordered a large mocha iced coffee, no creamer. It was fine. My sister ordered a large french vanilla ice coffee with normal cream and normal sugar, but requested less ice. Note: two employees were goofing off behind the counter and the one who took our order was on her phone. My sister got her drink, and there was a ½ inch of sugar piled at the bottom. It almost broke the straw from it bending while we tried mixing it. The ice was normal which was upsetting because a simple request wasn't difficult. She said it was abnormally sweet, so i tried it. If you blended some water and a piece of birthday cake with vanilla icing and 2 cups of sugar, it would've been the same. Definitely not happy with the location off route 30 in...
