Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Guilford Township

This Little Caesars Is a ok spot for take home pizza. The food is still as good as usual however it seems as though either the pizza sauce itself has changed or they are adding something different, which it very well may be a corporate change however my wife and son have noticed the sauce is spicier. My son twice now has screamed while panting after biting into a slice that had been cooled down. My wife has bit into a slice and tasted some pepper that burned her tongue. As far as service it is hit or miss. Some nights I've gone and gotten through the drive through relatively fast and others I've waited at the window for 40 minutes or so and decided to leave because my son is hungry and can't wait longer. The atmosphere I've given a 3 as we never order in we always Take out so there isn't much to go on other than the drive through which varies from time to time. All in all the food is OK and the service when it is received is good however it varies when you are taken care of by who is...

Normally the pizza is great and the service is just as good. However tonight (6/1/2018) the experience by far was the WORST that I ever experienced. I understand that I came on a Saturday around dinner time and it was busy, but that is no excuse for the unprofessionalism that had occurred towards me. Once I finally arrived at the drive up window it took 19 (count them) 19 minutes before I was even acknowledged by the staff. Furthermore there were 4 people that walked in to place there orders that were waited on before I was and 3 of them left with there meals before I even had the opportunity to place mine. I did voice my frustrations while the drive through window was open and I realize that was rude on my behalf. I was extremely disappointed over the whole experience. I'm not saying that I'll never come back to your establishment, but it will probably be quite some time before I do.

Unless you are going at a VERY off time...like 2:20 on a Thursday afternoon...don't waste your time. They may employ the most inept people ever. On a Saturday with only 2 cars in front of me I got trapped in the drive-thru and it took me 40 minutes to get to the window. They assured me I would have my order in 10 minutes...but asked me to go park and they'd bring the pizza out. After waiting another 25 minutes I went back in and asked for a refund. While inside they were still telling people only a 10 minute wait...yet there were about 10 cars in the drive thru and another 20 ppl standing around waiting on orders they had placed more than a half hr before. They were fully staffed and had people running all over, but yet no pizzas seemed to be coming out. Total waste of time and a joke. Spend a little more and get a real pizza from another joint that is locally owned and not a chain that doesn't care...
