New Brother's Pizza & Tex-Mex — Restaurant in Guilford Township

This past Friday, a few colleagues and myself stopped for lunch. When we walked in, there were two little kids (without shoes on) watching anime (loudly in Spanish) in a booth by the door. They were clearly the owner's children. Behind the counter, there was an older teenage boy and his mom. They were on a video call with someone and continued their call behind the counter for at least 3-4 min while we were reviewing the menu at the counter. There was no acknowledgement what so ever. Once they got off their call, the teenage boy took our order. After paying for what we ordered (you pay ahead), my coworker reviewed her receipt and saw she was charged for a cheese steak and not the cheese steak pizza she ordered. She brought it to the young man's attention and he argued with her, saying that's not what he was told. -Rather than just apologizing for the misunderstanding and correcting it. Their soda machine did not have ice. The owners had a cooler behind the counter that held ice. Every single soda needed to be changed, as they were all flat. When the teenage employee brought our large pizzas to the table, he did not bring us plates. He sat back down behind the counter on his phone. The bathroom had urine all over the floor and toilets. The dining area was disgusting with trash, sticky tables, and crumbs. Our pizzas were mediocre. Our buffalo chicken pizza was soggy with buffalo sauce and the chicken tasted questionable. Understand that we were the only customers they had for the hour we were there. So the poor service, good, and lobby appearance was not due to how busy they were. I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for 15+ years. Within the past year it has significantly declined. Not sure if it's under new ownership or what - but all of the staff changed, and the customer service is terrible. 2 weeks ago my husband ordered me a taco salad - when arriving home I realized I was given nachos which were disgusting. He called, and the snotty young woman basically accused him of lying. We live 10 mins away, and she said I had to bring the food back for a replacement. It was not worth it to me so I threw it away. They did nothing to resolve the issue. Today, I made the mistake of giving them another chance. My husbands sub was completely wrong, my sub was cold, and they have changed the onion rings to those like Burger King - and they were raw on the inside, not cooked. The customer service is nonexistent. The food is cheap and poorly made. It is a sad loss... as it used to be my favorite. I erased my prior positive review. I forsee the closure of this business, as not only myself but many others are witnessing its rapid decline in many aspects. Not only this, if they can't be polite or make an order right, it leaves you wondering what isn't done right behind the scenes. It isn't even worth a phone call to resolve the issue this time. This place open on our tax dollar due to certain political polices or something? Place is filthy, they have horrible attitudes,pathetic customer service and the food🤣?? These people know nothing of pizza or Italian food, nor do they have any respect for customers that continue keeping them in business. My guess is every customer is a 1st time visit because nobody in their right mind would waste money twice on this crap. Basura!!!! Horrible crust, cheap canned sauce, heavily processed cheese, light on toppings, everything lowest quality possible. Only thing this place has going good is the location. And that should be given to a quality place. Save your money, just buy a loaf of bread,a can of Ragu and a pound of kraft cheese. It'll be better than the pizza here.
