I've been to hundreds of McDonald's all across the county, but this was by far my worst experience at a McDonald's. This restaurant is horribly managed and the employees aren't at all efficient.
I only ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets, but it took the cashier several minutes to complete my order. The cashier was very slow and she didn't seem to care about her job. Then I got my piece chicken nuggets before I even got my change back, which surprised me and it seemed way too quick for them to have made the chicken nuggets.
I sat down to eat my food, but as soon as I looked at the chicken nuggets, I could tell that they weren't at all fresh. I took just one bite out of one of them, and then right away took them up to the counter to get my money back. I told an employee that I wanted my money back, but I had to wait about 5 minutes for the manager to come up to the front. She gave me a refund, but didn't offer me anything for the inconvenience.
Right after I left, I went to a McDonald's that's a few miles away and ordered a 20 piece chicken nuggets there, and those nuggets were a lot more fresh. I'll still go to McDonald's, but I'll never be back to...

I placed a mobile order, which showed in the app that it had been paid for, but at the drive-through speaker when I gave my code, the person at the speaker told me in a flat, bored tone "it says it can't be processed". I guess it was up to me to figure what that meant and what I was supposed to do. So I just placed an order with her (losing my discount I had from the original order), but my card has a pending charge, so I'll be keeping an eye on that. The person at the speaker was also at the first window, and of course her attitude did not improve in the time it took me to get to the first window. I paid in cash and she handed me my change and said nothing and turned away. At the second window I asked the guy politely for specific condiments, to which he responded with a very slight nod while turning away to make other drinks, like I had inconvenienced him. Read moreThis isn’t the biggest McDonald’s, but I literally just witnessed what can we be described as the nicest human beings on earth. I was watching the staff (two girls at the cash register) help an elderly customer use the McD app. She had to have been about 80 years old and she was literally the nicest little old lady and she had seen a deal on the app and she was trying to use it. They were very patient with her and they helped her to download the app sign up and use the deal. No one rushed her. Everyone was kind. I also used the bathroom when I was there and they were perfectly clean. I ordered fries and they were perfect hot and fresh. All these things go a really long way with me and the manager was really nice to me. He was wearing a dark blue shirt. I had a problem myself. I had ordered food on the app to the wrong location. He showed me how to cancel it. Quick. Made it right and helped me to reorder super fast. Then came and found me and gave me my food bag when I was missing from using the restroom found me in the dining hall a min later. A++++++ McD experience today!! 5:30...
