I'm not even giving them any stars if I could in order to post.i called directly from across street as I'm inGulf Breeze hospital,the only hospital in Gulf Breeze.In fact the way they go out at light, you just drive thru traffic signal across street and you're at destination.Not only could he not find the big building which is the hospital but it took an hour literally to get delivered,understanding for allowance of time that the pizza had to get cooked.Google says it only takes 3 min.from their location to where I'm at.So delivery gets there slightly more a whole hour later,and the kid tells me he didn't know where hospital was,keep in mind,you can see building from their location.Okay cool,I ask for sauces and he had none to give to me,ok then at this point i asked for his stores phone number and he couldn't provide it.Well at this point I'd given pizza back .Few minutes later I received call from store manager "Haley" giving me excuses why he could or didn't know how to get to hospital.At this point I mentioned he could have used Google maps or call my number on which was on receipt,or even better yet looked across street at the big hospital building.To her credit she did offer to make it right but at this point I was in disbelief of excuses and just to credit it to if any future orders.Instead of excuses ,proper response in my opinion would have been "I'll speak w driver and how may I make it right?" And not try to explain how long driver had been there or his confusion.the end.Now I'm still in hospital ,can't leave,cafeteria closed and I'm...

Manager Marty came out with no mask on nor gloves and made us roll down the window and sign the receipt, basically touching her hands based on how she was holding the items, when I have not encountered this at other locations and was incredibly rude. She threw the pizza in our trunk and walked away and didn’t shut the door. While the food was tasty, during a time when contactless is very important to health and safety, the fact she wasn’t wearing a mask when giving us our food or in the store where the food is made, made us feel very uneasy. Read moreI placed my order at 545 pm, at 634 I received a notification that my order would not be ready until between 8 and 830. I called Pizza Hut and talked with a guy ( I did not catch his name) and asked if that was true. He said that he had just put my order in the oven and that they only have one delivery driver which was why I got that message. He said it should be delivered in about 20 mins. It was delivered at 720. I feel like if they were that short staffed then that wait time should be stated before submitting the order. I would have went and picked it up.
