Wendy's — Restaurant in Gulf Breeze

Went inside at night and ordered to go. Employee working counter was rude (definitely high). When my food was ready I checked the bag at the counter and noticed two orders of chicken nuggets were missing and a frosty. I asked him about it he just stared at me for a minute, look at his screen, then he went and got my frosty, I asked about the nuggets again and he said they were in the bag, i told him they weren’t and he argued with me. He went to the back and came back 5 minutes later and asked if I looked in the bottom of the bag. I told him what was in the bag which was 4 fries and 2 sandwiches no nuggets. I then had to wait 20 minutes for the 2 order of nuggets during which he was just trying to untie the apron of the girl working the drive thru. Finally got the nuggets and left and turns out both sandwiches weren’t correct either. Only 2nd time I had been at that location and first time was same guy and had issues...

This is the most unprofessional place I have ever attempted to get food in my LIFE! I was on vacation WITH MY CHILDREN the night we went through the drive through here. One of us order a potato woth extra cheese sauce and it came with only shredded cheese. When I pulled back around to get the cheese SAUCE, which normally comes on it, I was met with the rudest, nastiest attitude I have ever seen from a person in the customer service industry. She left the window open while she stood there and told her coworkers that "i must ne stupid of i cant see the sauce on it, ita right in my face", and when i said "excuse me", the lady LITERALLY ran to the window and started CURSING AND USING PROFANITY AT ME in front of my children.

I thought with this new location they would do a lot better. I ordered the asiago chicken club. The lady through the drive-through was kind of rude while I was ordering. Had like a big attitude. There’s no bacon on my sandwich and there’s no cheese on my sandwich. Fries are OK a little salty like normal. My strawberry lemonade is mostly lemonade flavored I don’t really taste any strawberry. The chicken that went on my sandwich and the breading started falling apart it’s wet like and not crispy and it was like cut in half and then thrown on my sandwich. On top of that they didn’t even give me my receipt. But normally it’s not a big deal for most people but I do like to use...
