Charging my card and not providing the item ordered is theft.
This location is nothing but problems, and I'm tired of trying to get things solved through phones they don't answer along with emails that are not returned.
Ordered food tonight after we got to work. Order went through, used my points, charged my card... 10$ tip on top. Order canceled and says "contact store". Basically livid at this point because #1 the store never answers the phone, and #2 I'm pretty sure the ringer is just turned off. I've had problems before and they wouldn't answer the phone, so tonight is no different.
Tonight however they cancel my order and run my card... Can't even have the decency to call me and explain what happened, but billed me anyway. I of course try to call them and as always... no one answers. Imagine that. So tonight I basically have them commit credit card fraud, or theft, take your pick.
Every time I order from this location there's a problem with my order in some shape or form. Last time they were out of a topping, but didn't bother to ask me if there was something else or add more of another... just didn't include it, and barely covered it with cheese. Time before that my pizza was not cooked fully, and the time before that as well. One pizza I received was still dough and I literally had to toss it in the oven to cook until it was edible. I really don't care what the excuse is at this point either.
I'd say I'd expect a call back, but I know I won't get one. The last time I had a problem I never got a call back either despite calling corporate. These problems have been ongoing since last year with no change. I normally bite my tongue because when you're hungry it's food... Unless the franchise's owner wants to do something nothing will...
Read moreWe’ve never had a problem with this store, my family usually gets a couple of pizzas and maybe an order of one of their specialty items. Everything is usually hot and fresh, except for the order we got yesterday. I never write reviews and normally don’t complain about inadequate food, but this is something that needs to get fixed. We placed an order online for one pizza with two toppings and one order of the garlic bread twists- nothing complicated. The tracker online was going through the normal steps: everything was good on time until the step that said they were checking our order. It took 20 minutes for them to finish cooking the food, then it said they were checking it for at least 35 minutes, then they delivered it and it took another 40 minutes. We wouldn’t be as upset if the food was good. The pizza wasn’t even hot, and the bread twists were actually cold and hard (probably from just being old). We could tell the food has been sitting there becoming old before the delivery. We put the pizza in my oven in order to make it edible- ORDERING FOOD FOR DELIVERY WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF US NOT COOKING FOOD. Very unsatisfied- the delivery driver was nice and let me know that he made sure all of our sauces were in there so I tipped him, but I’m sure he knew the state of our order. The pizza delivery employees should open the pizza box at the door for guaranteed exceptional food. I would’ve called them back if I wanted a refund, instead I’m leaving a review for the resturaunt to not do it...
Read moreI am not one to leave reviews, let alone negative ones. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks through Doordash at 11pm and they close at 12. I would’ve been more than understand if the order wasn’t accepted, but the app said they were still open and delivering. The app had said that the order would be delivered at 11:20. Great! We wait and wait and wait. The app refreshes and said there was a new delivery time of 11:30. Not a big deal, I graduated from a busy college and understand sometimes orders can get crazy. Then, instead of assigning me a dasher, they assign a Dominos driver. This would’ve been great except the car icon on Doordash didn’t move. I tried contacting the store for 25 minutes and was left on hold the entire time until they closed. At 11:58 I got a delivered notification. My mom and I ran all over trying to find it. Turns out, or at least I suspect, the establishment lazily said they had delivered our $40 order so that they could close out for the night. I was also speaking with Doordash this entire time as well. Both parties, Doordash and this Dominos, were less than satisfactory. Thankfully, we got a refund from Doordash but it was nearly impossible to reach this store. I do not recommend this store to anyone, pick the one up the road...
