What a grand state park!!! We spent 7 nights from the Saturday before Easter to April 6, 2024 & a nice gal checked us in; Amy, Mark, Housekeeping, Groundskeeper, Woodlands Staff are all wonderful souls!!! They all went above and beyond for our every need!!!|We brought a couple electric bikes and blow up kayaks and the state park even had a burley we could use which helped us not have to rent one for our 11 month old.|We found every breakfast wonderful and appreciated that time for our family to discuss the days activities. We saw the Osprey nest and two Osprey; fished from the nearby pier catching & releasing 6 fish (10 of us stayed at Eagle Cottage Cardinal). Some of us saw the eagles nest on a bike ride- nice touch of the two binoculars attached to the deck to view it!|Woodlands Restaurant & Gift Shop is awesome - the staff knew us so well, they could guess what we would order and our Grandchildren loved the pancakes! |We usually camp two weeks in October so we’re happy to get access to the campground pool & splash pad, nature center, learning center and laundromat.|The 28 miles of paved trails and two bridges over the highway to the beach are wonderful!|Gulf State Park is our favorite place to relax, have fun and get white sand beaches as well. Kudos from West Ky, Thank you all so...

A few years before I made reservations at Gulf State Park campground. My father in law was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and they canceled and refunded my deposit without question. I wanted anyone to know that their customer relations is very poor and very...
